Usually really friendly staff but not uncommon to make errors. I ordered well done pizza with parmesian twists . I received a barely cooked pizza (center was wet and soggy), parmesian bites, and the cheese dipping sauce was so over cooked that it was completely solid in the pan. not exactly the same

We ordered pizza and parm bites tonight 4/14 around 8PM. It took 40 minutes for those two items to be “prepared” before they even hit the oven… Then it took 2 hours to even get our order for them to forget the sauces we paid for. Last few times we’ve ordered as well our pizza has been doughey or again items missing. I know it’s dominos but it seriously shouldn’t take 2 hours to get some pizza.

Hardest working pizza crew in Webster N.Y no matter what time you order! Pizza always is made right or they fix it. Drivers are fast and have great personalities. Nice and place with good seating for eating in. The pizza is great! Looks like a nice place to hangout with friends and groups of children for sports team meals after a game. TVs up for further entertainment and have NFL games on Sunday to view while eating in. Staff is very friendly and the keep the restaurant clean.

Pizza is good. Topings have always been fresh. Useing the deals on the web site you can easily spend less for more food. Compared to a lot of other pizza places there prices are very affordable.

Tried to order a large 3- topping pizza for pickup and the clerk tried to charge me $20 instead of the special of $8.63. The employee then hung up on me and didn’t give me a chance to correct my order though I have never had to mention the special before. When my husband called back and asked to speak to the manager she became belligerent and nasty. “I am not going to let you get my employee in trouble. I was right there and she was right”. And it’s my last day so I won’t get in trouble either.” We have never been treated that way by anyone!

2nd straight time I’ve ordered online where my order was not correct. I ordered 2 pan pizza with EXTRA pepperoni, and when I arrive and check it out, it doesn’t have extra. When a customer orders AND pays for extra, it better have extra, not 6 more pieces. Looks like I’ll be going to Pizza Hut next time. Domino’s, that’s BAD business !!!
