I usually order online. Their algorithm is a bit off. I have a dominos near by my house, but the order gets routed to a different dominos which is a bit far. So invariably the pizza gets delayed. Also the app shows delivered, but the delivery happens a good 20 minutes after that.

Ordered here a few times via the Dominos app, usually around lunchtime. They never seem too busy; my pizza is usually ready quickly. Pizza has always been made correctly. I do pickup instead of delivery to save the $3 delivery fee as I only live 2 miles away. Haven’t really seen anyone else here or many pickup orders queued on their display so hopefully not a sign of them already starting to go out of business. Lets try to keep this place in business so they don’t close like Pizza Hut did.

Could not disagree more with previous post on customer service. My experience was not positive. Ordered multiple pizzas and when we got home, we noticed 1 was wrong. Ordinarily I wouldn’t care except we paid for more than what we got. I immediately called (as per the online order instructions), each time the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. After the 4th attempt, someone answered (obviously irritated). I politely explained the issue and was met with rudeness and asked to call back in two hours and immediately hung up on. At no time as I rude, demanding or insulting. I just wanted to get my correct order. I’ve since gone to corporate who explained they reached out to this location and that they would be in touch with me. It’s been 3 days and nothing. Based in the original interaction, I’m not surprised I haven’t heard from them, nor do I expect to. The only reason for 2 stars, is that the pizza was good. Unfortunate situation because this had easy resolution written all over it and they CHOSE to go in a different direction, stealing from me in the process.

Delivery has been abysmal and getting worse. More than an hour late. Delivery driver never rang the doorbell, just left the food on the porch. Food was barely warm and soggy. Less then 2.5 mile drive to our door. Will not order from this location again

Our pizza is consistently made perfect every time! The crust is never burned! This is our go to Pizza place! 10/10 would recommend! The chocolate lava crunch cake is my favorite! The parmesan bread bites were great!

I ordered my food at 11:20pm they cancelled my order! the google times says 12:00am also the main website does too! IF they’re going to close at 11:30pm they should update there times on google and domino website! this is very unprofessional and very inconvenient to night time workers! Something should be done with this place it happened two times to me already!

Never received my order and was refused a refund because my address, which was accepted by the app , didn’t exist but a similar one in another town did and it was sent there. I can even prove it by the map image and incorrect recipient name on the confirmation email. I also was blamed for not using a closer Domino’s and wouldn’t get a refund.
