Omg this place is the worse! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them! They are rude. Ordered $160 worth of food only to be thrown in the garbage. First of all I specifically ordered the extravaganza with NO ONIONS due to allergies and they put a lot of onions. Secondly, they added too much sauce, the pizza was soggy. I picked up a slice and all the cheese and topping fell off. The 5 boxes of pizza I ordered was not edible! It tasted disgusting! That’s not even the worse part. The delivery guy came and the pizza boxes were crushed and ripped to the point where the pizzas were sliding out of the boxes and oil all over the sides. The driver said it wasn’t his fault. We waited for an hour for this order. We called the manager of the store to complain and to get a refund but they refused to give us a refund. This all happened at midnight. I was not waiting for another hour (1am) to feed 11 kids who were already starving. Shame on you Dominos! I will be calling Cooporate office about this! They do not care for the costumers!

Their food is terrible. If it even shows up. Their drivers act like they’re practicing for the Indy 500 and have a bad rep. If they mess up or never bring your food they just ghost you, ignore your number. Save yourself the headache.

Delivery driver told me to come out side to the car in the snow even after I tipped and paid for delivery. Also I ordered a pasta with marinara cheese spinach and pepperoni. I got the pasta with no cheese and they threw a whole bunch of marinara on top of the noodles without missing it up and it looked gross. So I stirred it up hoping everything was under the sauce but it wasn’t. This is the pasta after stirring it up. I called to tell them that it was wrong and just didn’t look good at all. The man on the phone would hardly let me speak he kept over talking me and being rude. Telling me he can screenshot what order he got. But as uou can see this was the order I placed so I know what u got. He kept being rude and cutting me off. I called back asking to get the number for corporate and he says check the website and argues about not having the number and is again rude. I just want my money back. Initially I just wanted my pasta fixed and made right. At this point and no more orders from me.

The last 2 times we ordered I arrived a few minutes early for my pizza that said it was ready for pick up via the order tracker and an hour after I arrived it was finally done. Got home and ate and pizza wasn’t that great. Better options in the area for similar price. Won’t be ordering again.

Domino’s app said my order was delivered, waited for it for about 45 minutes before trying to call the store, calls never went through. Went to the store to sort things out, by the time I got there I was told my food had been delivered to the hotel I was at. Opened up my food once I got back and bit into undercooked dough and half melted cheese. Order from elsewhere, don’t waste your time.

So their app took the delivery driver to the wrong location and when they cancelled the order domino’s just took the money from that order and didn’t offer a refund just a free pizza which would be fine except we ordered two pizzas for our group…
