The delivery people are never particularly kind, which is honestly not a huge deal, but when they are rude, don’t follow delivery instructions, and then say they didn’t bring change when they knew my payment method would be cash to give themselves a 45% tip, I have to write a review. Very disappointed with this last experience and I will be looking for a new late night spot.

Worst dominoes ever and I never give a bad review. They took both my credit and debit card information over the phone and said they don’t take cash which I found very sketchy. I had to shut both my cards off the next morning because they never took money out of my debit card for the pizza that I never received. I don’t trust them at all. They said they went to the “wrong” location to deliver my pizza and told me they weren’t delivering it to me at all and would “wire” the money back. Seems like they just wanted my card information and never even made or tried to deliver my pizza. 0/10 don’t recommend.

The online ordering, whether through the app or the website, is not working. Every time I get to the checkout, hit checkout, and it gives me an error and tells me to call the store. I called the store, the guy that answered said a lot of people were having the same issue. He told me I could order through him on the phone. When I told him that I was trying to use the coupon for two or more items @ 6.99 each, he told me that he would not honor it over the phone, that it had to be done online. When I explained again that the online ordering was not working, he told me to just keep trying. I have been trying for 20 minutes with no success. The store should honor coupons over the phone if their online ordering service is down. If it is an issue with the Dominos app itself, and they are getting many complaints about it, the store should make every effort to contact corporate and get the issue resolved.

Online tracker is worthless. Just kept delaying until it was 30-40 mins past the original estimate. Ordered gluten free crust and got regular. Reported it through their “insurance” which promises to make it right, and they offered me a coupon. Asked for contactless delivery and the driver called and stood at my door waiting for me to come get it. Oh, and when I went to rate them through the website, as soon as I started putting 2-3 stars it wouldn’t let me submit. Used to love Domino’s as the last affordable delivery option in the city. Last time for me though. Just awful from top to bottom this time.

Domino’s isn’t the best pizza in the world, but it was always a safe bet, when you needed food quickly. But I’ve never been so disappointed before, last 4 times I ordered all times it was really messed up. First 2 times they forgot my garlic sauce and ranch, so I quit ordering them. Third time, instead of 2L Diet Coke I got 20oz of regular. Today my pizza came completely uncut. Seriously guys, you should fix the issue.

This location is okay for carry-out but never ever choose delivery! I live only a few minutes away and my location is very easy to find but the drivers are terrible. They always forget something in my order and take hours to deliver. I always give them at least a 40% tip beforehand, so I know the problem isn’t with me.
