The reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the manager. I ordered 2 large pizza’s, they came fairly quick. But whenever the delivery driver got there he was very rude. He had an attitude, and was being rough with our boxes of pizza. So I decided not to tip, because I tip based on service and how I feel as a customer. He then pressed me and started to be even more rude asking about a tip. He then got in his car, slammed the door & sped off. I felt extremely uncomfortable. But that’s not the worse part, he wrote his OWN tip on my receipt. Whenever I called the store, the manager I spoke to was very kind, and refunded me the tip money back.

I usually get good service but yesterday something was missing from my order. I called the restaurant and the first time the woman hung up on me. I called back and she said she’d have the driver bring it which didn’t happen. I called today and I’m still waiting for the manager to call me back.

Worst management ever… idk how he still has a job. Took an hr and a half for cold burn pizza, no lettuce or tomato on the sub which I was told doesn’t come with tomato when I called again days later after not only not getting a refund but being charged way more than I authorized. Tried customer service to no avail and tried again days later. Completely unprofessional and was lying. I tried calling several times waiting for the order to be hung up on 3 times then after him arguing with me about the situation hung up on me again.

Excellent gluten free pepperoni pizza prepared by Kumar for pick up. Order process was easy. My order was prepared immediately after I submitted the order. Staff were very friendly. Most importantly my pizza was delicious. Thank you Kumar.

Horrible ,horrible ,horrible experience. I don’t even understand why I still order here. I only order two things and it came 2 hours late. They said it would come around 7-730 pm , well why did it arrive at 8:50 I will literally never know.I just don’t suggest this place at all. We normally get very good service and quality but today not so much. Order was placed at 6:10pm and tracking showed driver left at 6:26pm and he had another order to deliver. I called at 7:38pm and they said the driver had several orders to deliver. Order finally arrived at 7:45pm and the pizzas were barely warm. Also our order was left outside instead of our enclosed front porch as is noted on our delivery instructions. None of them were cut correctly and one the edges of the crust were burned. I tip well and our experience today was awful.

Over 2 hours after I placed an online order still haven’t received it. Their tracker shows the delivery driver just left their store 2 1/2 hrs later. REALLY?!?! How are they still in business. No explanation. No call regarding delay. Nothing.

The guys working on Sunday are polite. The pizza came out quickly and tasted great. The only thing they could improve on is the brand of anchovies they buy. They were a bit too salty for me. Nice lady working on Saturday by herself. She washed her hands each time after touching the phone. One time they served us a pizza without cheese though.
