Spent $70 bucks on burnt food and they forgot something from my order called to get it and was left on hold for them to tell me there going to watch cameras and see what was made! I just spent 70 dollars!! Just wanted the good I ordered but was basically called a liar. I only put 1 star because I had to.

I called to verify if they delivered to my location and they said yes. I told them I would call back to order for delivery. When I called again they took my order and said again that they delivered to my location. About 30 minutes after I called they said that I would have to meet the driver half way because they do not deliver to my location. I had already paid over the phone. When I asked if there was any kind of reimbursement or customer service action they could take to rectify their mistake. I was told meeting half way is the best they can do. Pizza was what you would expect from dominos but the fact I verified twice that they would deliver to me. Then turning around and say “best we can do is meet you half way” is extremely poor customer service.

Call to order for delivery, was told 35-40 minutes 20 minutes into waiting get a voicemail from the store that the driver was downstairs and no one was there so he left , comes back to deliver the pizzas 6 minutes later and has an attitude when he handed the pizzas to me

The pizza is usually pretty good and most of the drivers are very nice. I did have a driver once that came obviously high on something but never saw him again. Not really their fault if someone decides to be irresponsible. I ordered online a couple weeks ago and called to let them know I was just getting over COVID so I sat a lawn chair near the door to leave my food on. This way we knew there would be no way the driver would get sick. It was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in my life.

My pizza wasn’t cooked the whole way! So I cooked it the rest of the way here because I am sick of the delivery driver! My whole building has dogs and he delivers to them also! He dosnt toss there food to them and literally jump off their porch running to their car ! My dogs were inside with both doors shut he’s getting rediculous! The last time I had to walk clear to his car in the road to get my food ! I have it on camera also! This is nuts the neighbors have pits so plz don’t send him to my address again cause if he’s scared of dogs then he’s in the wrong business! And it’s nuts how he acts like he’s going to dye when they are in cages behind two doors

I have always found consistency in product quality, customer service, and quick delivery. The team members at this location have always been very friendly and courteous. Anytime I put in an online order I have to call in and add banana peppers to an item because it isnt an option on the website. They give me no hassle at all, they simply add it along with any additional charges, and were good to go. I have never had an issue with missing anything from my order, any orders being not prepared as requested, or late deliveries. Almost every food establishment has issues with consistency anywhere you go. It is very refreshing and leaves me feeling confident anytime we choose to order from this location.
