This is my favorite, fast food location! We have been ordering for years. The staff is always very kind and they work hard. Anytime we go into the restaurant. It always looks clean and tidy. The staff are clean looking and very friendly. We find the food to be very consistent. the drivers always do a great job of handling the pizzas with care. We have only ever had one or two issues in 7 years of ordering and both times they went out of their way to make it right. We are extremely pleased and shocked to read some of the other reviews. We always use the app to order and it gives you options to pick how light or heavy you’d like your sauce or toppings. I always find when I do this. They are very accurate and follow instructions. We ordered tonight and there was some issues with the computers which caused us to get delayed in receiving our food. We called to check in and instantly greeted by Chris on the phone who was extremely apologetic. Made sure we received our order and i was highly impressed with the way they handled the issue that they had no fault in. Things happen and a lot of times it’s not within anyone’s control but the way that a business response tells me how much they care about their customers. I am very impressed with the customer service and I will be a lifetime client! Bravo to this location and sorry for such a long review I just wanted to make very clear how much you are appreciated and how well they do what!

Idk if it’s a specific crew, but they’re getting slower and slower with making orders. They stand around and talk and play games before even considering making food. By far the slowest service I’ve ever received from this place. Even on a busy day/night. Seems like they need to figure out that customer service should be more important than pointless conversing with lack of haste.

I tried to claim my free 2 topping pizza and it keeps saying coupon invalid so I call Dominoes and they say we don’t really deal with the coupons on our dominos app… so I said I would scale down the order and order Elwell for the rest and asked for corporates number… she gave it to me and hung up without taking my order

I don’t know what happened to Domino’s or maybe its just the one in Ellwood city but they are just terrible. I ordered a cali chicken pizza it was ok. The crust tasted salty in which i did not care for. I guess it was one of two bad choices on this order. The second item i ordered was the bacon tator tots.i couldn’t even eat those they were absolutely terrible. They were kinda crispy on the outside and not cooked all the way on the inside. It was like they put them in a to hot of an oven. A total disappointment Domino’s.

I love their pizza and sandwiches..also the chicken Alfredo is delicious too..and cinnamon sticks is very tasty i highly recommend them..only one time that the order got messed up in all the years we have ordered from them! Also everyone is always nice when picking up the order or delivering!!
