Well let’s see where to start. First I try ordering the pizza after working a 15.5hr day. The site says there was an issue to retry in a few minutes. Of course the 17.98 was taken from my bank at that time though. So I try to call only to hear someone answer the phone very quickly and before I could even make out what was said they were gone. So I drive the 25 mins it takes to get there. Just for them to tell me ohh it takes 24 hrs to refund you. So I asked it’s not possible to receive food or money and the lady said it takes 24 hrs to refund you. At this point I just walked frustrated simply because that was the only $20 I had and I haven’t gotten to eat all day and it was long enough already anyway. Before this I’ve only had good experiences…simply because of this I will never return as a customer and that’s directly due to how considerate the staffing at the 17st store are so thank you for the great experience

I ordered delivery which I usually don’t do due to the fee. I am very annoyed and will not be using this feature in the future. The driver argued with me about giving him a tip. He asked if I wanted to leave one, and I stated I think I left one online but could not remember. He stated “no you didnt.” I said I am sorry I do not have cash. He stated “you can leave one on the receipt and shoved the receipt and pen in my face. I said you know what I am not leaving one now. This is not how you get yourself a tip by arguing with the customer. I usually don’t order dominos so I will not be going back or ordering from them again.
