I ordered a pepperoni and vegetable pizza to be delivered. When it was delivered, it was a plain cheese pizza. The driver said hey we didn’t charge you for the toppings… As if that makes up for the absolute idiotic mistake! I can understand getting pepperoni mixed up with sausage or maybe exchanging peppers for onions, or something like that… But to forget the entire order?? And then say we didn’t charge you for the toppings?? As if that’s going to make up for your stupidity?? Never again will I go here!

Ya’ll need to one keep that back door shut. There are way to many bugs flying in & out your store. Secondly what’s going on with all of the mis-shaped dough forming and chz missing. The pizzas should come out flat and full of toppings. These pizzas have ugly bubbles burnt pieces and are lacking the basic toppings.

My husband and I eat different topping on the pizza, so I ordered half beef & half chicken plus pineapple, banana pepper & roasted red peppers. The beef was on 3 slice not much & the chicken was few pieces on the other half. The toppings weren’t enough or evenly on the whole pizza. Also the pizza was over cooked and cold

This is such a bad place the food was not the best either and this girl named mystery or something I don’t remember but when a ever we order pizza she always comes and delivers to us and it is not required to give tips and we always give her like $1.00 as a tip and when she counts the money she gives attitude and she shows bad behavior to their customers and she always whispers to her self something bad and after seeing that kind of behavior our day gets ruined so we would like you to talk to her about it and never send her to our house ever again to deliver pizza in future and she should be happy with what she got and if she doesn’t want to work she does not need to work because it ruins people day after watching her attitude towards their customers .

Beware! I have to give one star but the truth is it should be 0 stars! I ordered on the app however for some reason my credit card was not working with they app. When I got to the store (due to the pandemic) I had to call and wait outside. The employee gave me a total that was higher than what I received in the app and in my confirmation email and they wanted my credit card info. When I questioned the total (because it wasn’t what I had remembered) he pretended to not be able to see any order/total details. He became irritated that I was questioning his bogus total. Of course the story changed once I mentioned my confirmation email. Suddenly, he knew the correct total and was able to charge me that instead of the elevated total he initially told me. I imagine they are pocketing this extra money with the credit card tip feature. With having to call in the employee enters the card number and tip amount. Watch out!!!! I have called the company but the independent franchise has not reached out as they were supposed to…so it’s very likely this employee is still stealing from customers. Please be careful!!!!
