This review is directed to the Lincoln way east Domino’s in Chambersburg PA. Ordered an Extra Large Brooklyn style pizza with extra cheese slightly well done. Well instead got a Large regular crust pizza without extra cheese and burnt beyond recognition. Thought it was a man hole cover at first. Second pizza was a Philly cheese steak pizza no mushrooms. Had to remake it cause they put mushrooms on it. And it was burnt. What a fun eating experience was had by all (wink wink). So next time you want pizza my suggestion is to go to Little Caesars up the street

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered online to pick up my food at the window. When I checked out online I choose to pay in store as I only had cash. I drove 15 mins to the store since they don’t deliver to my house. When I went to pay for my order I only had a 100 dollar bill when I handed it to the lady she looked at me and told me she could not except it. I proceeded to tell her that was the only money and form of payment I had and that it was a legal form of payment. She got smart and said well I can’t take it. I thought about calling the police to have them explain to me why a federal reserve note would not be accepted. I decided against that and leave a review instead. She then closed the window and completely ignored me. I tried to knock on the window because no where on the window or online did it say they would not except higher bills she still ignored me so I called another donimos and they advised me to file a formal complaint online. So I called Papa Johns 2 mins before they were about to close thinking to myself that they would not take my order. Well let me tell you Papa Johns went above and beyond to provide me excellent service and they were cheaper and took my 100 dollar bill without question. I will never be back to a dominos especially when they don’t want to take my money. I recommend Papa Johns over this place.

We had a party there to celebrate my son’s 3rd Birthday. It is a nice brand new building with and open view of the kitchen. The gentleman was very nice and gave us cups and cut one of our pizzas into 16 slices for the kids. The party room has a high ceiling so everything echos. It has a door on the room which helps. Really great experience

I called to place an order. Put on hold, hung up after 8 minutes, called again… after 8 minutes, I hung up and we drove to this store, thinking we could order in person faster there. One of the men asked if we were picking up.. we said no, want to order. He turned around and started putting boxes together, ignored us. We left after 5 minutes. Never again.

We had a film shoot run late, so we unexpectedly had to order food for our cast & crew. It was a Monday so we didn’t realize they were closing. The manager took our order & explained that the delivery driver was gone for the night but offered to drive it to us himself. He made the order, closed the store & then delivered our pizzas to us.
