The pizza was ok. The cinnamon twists were really good. The staff was friendly. The really good thing about Domino’s was that they actually deliver to my house which is only five to six miles away from the store. The other big pizza name won’t deliver here and they are about the same distance or a little closer which stinks because they are my favorite pizza place because that is where my parents took me. The pizza this time was pretty good and the delivery driver Brock was very friendly.

I’ve always order the chicken bites, chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and the pasta’s. Today I ordered two sandwiches and chicken bites. The chicken bites portion was cut in half. The sandwiches were all bread and cheese. Very little bacon and a piece or two of chicken. A few weeks ago I ordered pasta primavera and Alfredo. Not even half a container full. I don’t know if corporate cut their portions or if it’s the Waynesboro store but I will not be ordering from their again. It will be Frank’s, Brother’s or Toledo’s from here on out. Domino’s lost a customer.

So we had the UNPLEASURE of this location tonight. My daughter placed order online. So as she waits for her food and sees tracker online they deliver to wrong house our neighbor. The driver puts food outside and drives away and temperature outside tonight is 37-38 degrees if not colder. Website says no contact delivery but driver drives off when she was even turning our light off and on which he ignored. She calls talks to a manager named RENEE who was extremely rude to me as well when we walked over and saw no food not realizing neighbor took inside but manager never calls to tell us. As cold as it is outside and our neighbors are elderly they walked over and brought her food. What ever happened to customer being right? The pizza was ice cold at that. She is a horrible “manager” and I can’t believe how rude she was to me also. I will call tomorrow and speak with a different manager. No contact delivery they should at least make sure it’s the right house. Thank the Lord for our honest neighbor.

Domino’s in Waynesboro, PA is awesome! It doesn’t matter what time I order, my food always comes to my door fresh. The driver is always nice, delivered, on time, I might add. My online order is always a great experience. And I always fill out my survey, at the bottom. Just lately it will only let me give 5 stars for the online experience. I like telling my Domino’s how well the quality of my food is and how awesome my driver did to make sure that food was delivered too me fresh and hot. If you could fix that, that would be great!! I have been ordering from this Dominos for 5 years. Thank you for doing your best to serve your community of pizza lovers!!
