Everything was cooked perfectly. The cheese bread I got is even bigger than imagined. The cheesy bacon tator tots are delicious. But Please STOP begging for tips. Even when I say NO they beg/will not leave until I give the delivery driver something. It has only happened from 2 delivery drivers. One I’ve already complained to the manager about because he broke something of mine outside my house when I politely reminded him not to knock due to me having a puppy. This time the women knocked and once I opened the door handed me my stuff then begged for a tip. I had $2 left to my name and had to give it to her. So unprofessional. She didn’t take no for an answer.

Apparently when something goes wrong with the online order temporarily, they don’t look back at any of the time of orders, they just keep moving forward without any care.. nothing like ordering an hour ahead of schedule to being told it will be another 10 to 12 minutes, then 10 minutes later, being told it just went into the oven, will be another 10-12 additional minutes. 1st world problums I guess..

I have been ordering from this Dominos for at least 12 years around twice or more a month and there may have been one time where I got something wrong on my pizza which they took care of wonderfully. This is a great location that always delivers fast and is accurate with their orders!

The customer service here is above and beyond what I would expect at a chain pizza place, and they literally saved me from my own mistake. I made a mistake ordering because the app changed and I didn’t notice (I was definitely on autopilot and I ordering with muscle memory). I ordered light sauce instead of no sauce, and my hangry toddler cannot eat sauce, which caused a nuclear meltdown level tantrum. I called and they offered to send me a replacement with no sauce, which saved me from an indescribable amount of suffering. I hope they know how cool that was and how much I appreciate it.

My food always sits in hot hold for 20 mins before leaving the store. It takes forever to get delivery. Half the time it barely warm when i get it. I try to get pizza delivered from baltimore st but they don’t delivery to me. This will be the last time i order from this establishment.

Second order in 3 weeks that has the cheese totally slid off of the pizza. Second pizza had the lid caved in and the cheese on that pizza stuck to the lid. Forgot the Garlic dipping sauce. Frustrating as this is not the first time and getting it corrected is not worth the struggle. I know everywhere is short staffed and stressed but everyone wants to get what they paid for.
