On the tracker it said pizza was out of the oven at 11:45am and they didn’t leave the restaurant till 12:05 got the food at 12:15 and it was so cold topping we’re off the pizza and it is definitely not a pan pizza like I ordered. Tried to call in waited 5 mins and no one still answered. The pizza honestly looks like it was out of the oven and sitting a lot longer cheese wasn’t even melted much at all. Had to warm it up before eating

The staff deserve 5 stars. The 3 star rating is because you can’t use a gift card through on-line ordering. Then can’t get that gift card credited in store. I despise the taste of Domino’s pizza but my kids like it well enough so thought I would take a chance. Was told place order over phone next time.

Upon opening the box, the pizza appeared undercooked even though it was ‘checked’ by a staff member. Cheese was barely melted in some places & flat out doughy in others, deeming it inedible. Tried to ‘Report the Problem’ via the Delivery Insurance link but an error kept coming up. Sent feedback to the branch & they made no attempt to correct the problem. Regret the generous tip added at the time of the transaction. Won’t be ordering from this branch again & neither should you.

food was undercooked, no marinara sauce when i paid extra, site says closes at 12:30, closes at 12 but apparently that was my problem because the manager called me at 12:06 saying i have to be there by 12:10 or they’re cancelling the order, i told her that the site says close at 12:30 and she told ME to call corporate and complain? i had ordered 6 bbq wings and 6 habanero and ended up getting 12 bbq. the management is an absolute joke, the whole time i was on the phone with her all i got was attitude as if i did something wrong. very unprofessional and will never be getting my business again

I placed my order and asked politely if they would check my items before they were delivered due to history of being burned. I get my items delivered and I open the boxes up… BURNED!!! I call them back and the General manager stated to me… he observed my order per my request and it was not burnt. I give up on this location… I have no issues at other locations. You can make your own judgment by the pictures. However I wouldn’t let these items leave my store I would be to embarrassed. Rant over..

Rated a 3 only cause we don’t come here like we use to ever since there crust got different as it seemed gritty on the crust. But did like the thin crust which seemed better but only thing I dislike but usually go to other pizza places close by . But we go there from time to time if limited on money as they usually have cheap deals . If pizza of regular pizza was good I would rate it 4 as u need to be perfect to get a 5 in my book as we all make mistakes so main reason most I rate at a 4 then down from that .

I have ordered from this location 10+ times and always tip 20% or more as a full disclosure. Business as usual, I ordered using my profile on Friday night. I get a text that the driver was in my neighborhood. I’m on the road constantly so I call my girls and make them aware the pizza will be there at any moment. After 10-15 minutes I receive a call from a stranger making me aware that my order must have been dropped at the wrong location. She was able to reach me because my information is on the receipt. She also states the obvious that it is clearly the wrong address. I call dominos to make them aware. The first female never apologizes but quickly tells me that because no apartment was listed nothing can be done. First off, this is a townhome so no apartment number exist. Second of all the address is clearly wrong and not delivered to what is on my profile. Again I have ordered form here 10+ times and no issue. This is where I get frustrated and take the time to write this long review. She makes me describe my car in my driveway, the color of my door, plants outside…etc. she states she will call the driver and figure out what happened. 15 minutes later I get a call from the “manager”. Who claims the driver delivered to the right address because the details I provided matched? Scumbags lied because of a mistake they made. Instead of just holding themselves accountable they make up this story. So I’m petty and google earth address they dropped it off at. They don’t even have a driveway, or any of the details match obviously. I’m out of town so now I have to choose somewhere else to order food for my family and I’m out $40. It’s not about money strictly principal. The service sucks here and as much time of mine that they wasted, I hope I wasted a little bit of time to remind them that they need to refresh on some customer service

the manger is absolutely digusting and rude. we ordered our order at 11:50, and then on our way there we got a call from the rude manger saying that they close at 12am and we had to be there by 12:10 and at that point it was 12:06 and they wanted us to be there in 4 minutes when we were 10 minutes. the website clearly says they close at 12:30am, we told them that and the manager told us to call corporate and complain. the manager was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. how were we supposed to know that you close at 12am and your website says 12:30am, the manager had no RIGHT to be rude when we just simply didnt know. then we got home and we got no marinara sauce that we asked for that cost extra, we ordered mango habanero wings and barbecue wings and they only gave us barbecue wings. our garlic knots were uncooked. the manager needs to work on actually doing her job. disgusting and rude, i do not recommend this dominos.
