Well customer service is what won this order. My little one wanted Pizza Hut so we tried them and that was just a huge mess, so the order was canceled. Found this Dominos and figured I give it a try. The gentleman on the phone was great. I explained i just wanted my food left at the door so I didn’t have to mess my dogs when trying to open it. So he had the driver drop at the door and call me to let me know the food was delivered.

Ordered online and the order got sent to Columbia (I can’t choose the location). The restaurant calls me 20 minutes later to say they decided I’m out of their delivery area. The manager than proceeds to be rude and tell me it’s not her problem and continues pushing on me in a mean, snarky and belittling attitude. Then she proceeds to tell me “go head, report me and I’ll report you”. Well, I’m frightened and quivering waiting on your report Charlie.

This dominoes is Definitley, better than Delaware. but the only issue i had is i found a hair in my food and the Employess were not wearing gloves they need to make sure their employees are washing their hands wearing gloves and wearing proper hair restraints. Other then that i was impressed illl be back.

For the most part, they do quite well. Pizzas are usually good, hot, and tasty. Deliveries are usually prompt, and the drivers follow instructions. Our last (1/22/23) order was a different story. Pizza was greasy, tasted like it sat around for hours, and took almost an hour to be delivered. We’re moving in a couple weeks, so I guess this is our last Domino’s order…there’s a local pizza shop that delivers to our new address, and their pizzas are spectacular! So long, Domino’s…we’re going family-owned from now on!
