Called in the night before and asked for an order of 12 pizzas to go to my son’s school for graduation. I asked for the order to be delivered at 1245. Audrey said it would be there, no problem. Next day the driver was 10 minutes late and very rude. When I called and spoke to Audrey. Audrey didnt really care much about my feedback. Im a business owner in Mount Joy that needs to order food from time to time for events. I will now use one of the local shops to do this in the future. Im not impressed!!!!!

We order here frequently and have had mostly good experiences. Just like all restaurants, we have gotten the wrong order a time or two and we have had issues with the app, but it is a convenient option. They usually get our order right and relatively quickly. I believe the wait is usually around 30 minutes. One time, I asked an employee if we can get an extra garlic sauce for some stupid reason like our order number being 1000 and they gave it to me. We did delivery one time and it came in a reasonable time and the driver followed the instructions.

I got an order for delivery and it came on time and the pizza portion of the meal was good. I ordered an order of the chicken bites one in the bacon tomato and the other in the sweet BBQ bacon. 8.99 each. The chicken was nothing but fat and gristle. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager named Audrey. She apologized and said there is nothing they can do for me. The chicken comes already cooked off a truck. That was 18.00 plus dollars well spent.

The young lady at the counter tonight was amazing. She said she was the only one there besides her single delivery driver because a co-worker had to leave early. She had to close due to being short staffed and overwhelmed with online orders of a Saturday night, but she still stayed and made the pizzas and orders even being closed. She diffused a situation with a angry customer who didn’t understand they were closed as I came in to pick up my order, the man was very aggravated and demeaning towards her but she kept her professionalism and even told him “have a good night” in a friendly way as he left. Upper management should seriously consider her for a raise or promotion considering the overwhelming situation presented and her ability to manage the store single-handedly whilst being calm and collected, as well as her professional and friendly customer service attitude. A+ on her part.

First time we ordered pizza here they gave us the wrong toppings. We thought, accidents happen. Second time we ordered pizza here they gave us the wrong toppings and the wrong crust. Very frustrating, will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered a cheese pizza and this is how it came. I’m clearly not coming back, there also lucky I don’t come to the store and throw it at the people making the food. The only good thing about this place was the delivery driver he was a nice older gentleman.

Placed order to store at 8:20pm. At 9:06pm I called and Joseph told me he was short staffed but order was on its way. He said if pizza didn’t arribe as expected to call him and he would take care of me. Pizza arrived at 9:23pm(more than 1hr after placed) and it was barely warm and also missing the 2 litter Diet Coke. I called Joseph back, he was extremely rude and told me that if didn’t like it I could go to the store and help him deliver pizzas. And that he was the manager. Horrible experience. Sadly I will not be returning to Dominos with this service

Great food–awesome staff–absolutely luv their Cheeseburger Pizza–better than any cheeseburger I’ve ever had! I’ve ordered from the Mt. Joy location more times than I can count. My 3 new favs r the Buffalo Chicken w/ Blue Cheese Sandwich, their Pasta Primavera n the Spinach & Feta Specialty Pizza. Their Pacific Veggie Pizza is my current “go to” along with their Garden Salad which is pretty amazing–u can actually eat the whole salad as it isn’t full of those hard lettuce end pieces u find in most bagged salads in grocery stores.

I was glad they moved in to Mt Joy. Unfortunately we gad a bad experience. We ordered carryout. They were very pleasant at pick up. When I got home we found the pizza to be burnt and had very little sauce and cheese. It just tasted like burnt dough. I called to let them know I was disappointed and was kind about it. I got no apology nor any offer for a free pie. If we order Dominos in the future we will return to Etown.
