The worst staff. We were waiting almost 1 hr inside the shop. Purposefully they were delaying us. They were moving all the names below us to the top. When we enter the shop it was showing 25-30 min. After 30 mins it was showing 5-10 mins. One guy called as asking our name and said it would another 25 mins or more. I showed the display it says 0-5 mins but why another 24 mins ? Already we waited almost 40 mins. If you want wait otherwise step out the shop

Out of all the Dominos restaurants I have ordered before this is by far THE WORST. First of all they take Wayyy too long and have very arrogant people who just says take it or leave. Worst customer experience need basic coaching. System says order will be ready in 5 mins but they said it would take another 30 minutes after 30 minutes of waiting

Not sure why this Dominoes doesn’t have better reviews. Our pizza was delicious! The sauce was perfectly sweetened, the ingredients tasted fresh (pineapples, onions, and cheese) and the garlic sauce is a must! Reasonably priced too.

It was the worst experience ever. I placed an order by 9:54 pm. and received an email that the delivery will take 42 to 56 minutes. So I called an hour and 10 minutes later to find out they hadn’t prepared my pizza yet. I spoke with the manager on duty (Chris), and he told me that they will prepare the pizza now and will take another 40 minutes to be delivered, and the reason they only have 1 driver. They didn’t even bother to let me know about the delay.

I will never order from this store again… Order was placed at 8:01, pizza wasn’t put in the oven until 9:14. We called the store twice to cancel our order so we could order from somewhere else and the first time we were hung up on, the second time we sat on hold for 20 minutes before we finally hung up.. I’ve never waited over 2 hours for a delivery from any pizza place EVER(if not longer because it’s not here yet)This is the second time in a row it took forever to get here. Never again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Employees have very condescending tones and poor attitudes and work ethic. You would be lucky to get your food an hour after ordering but they’ll always find a way to make it 2+ hours ( I feel they do this so you will cancel your order because half of the time the haven’t even made your order). I really wish I could give a zero!

Workers seemed overworked on the nightshift. Got a pepperoni instead of a cheese but its a free upgrade. I gave 4 stars since the food is good, however I couldn’t eat the pizza since I am a vegetarian.

This place consistently drops the ball every time. We pick up, and it is never even close to ready on time. Probably the last half dozen times I’ve had to wait 15, 20, 25 minutes after the end wait time.

Came here from Missouri to visit and I ordered wings for me and my daughter the delivery driver Jimmy took my money and didn’t come back with my drink and ranch cup guess he decided to dip out very unhappy and also gave him a tip won’t be ordering from this location again.
