Ordered a medium pizza and a thing of cheesy bread took over an hour for me to get it delivered, the app said it was done for over 30 minutes so who knows how long it actually sat there. So I called just to be told they weren’t sure about my order but they think it got sent out for delivery? Not to mention the food was barley warm to the touch when delivered. Definitely could be run better.

Have ALWAYS loved the Sunbury store, never had a problem. Ordered online today for the first time. Selected 20% off online orders, placed my ordered took my card for the full price. When we picked up, she said I had to many toppings and I didn’t put in the code ??? For the 20% off ….but ad says 20% ALL online orders, so was very disappointed…..

They now have a call center to place order.. person can’t speak complete English so it’s confusing, then want my card number over the phone!! After order they transfer me to actual restaurant where they never sent my order and have to order it all again.. won’t be ordering here again, not worth the hassle

Never have a problem here, but ordered food today and didn’t receive my order until over an hour after ordering and when my food arrived it was cold!! I understand it gets busy and sometimes its short staffed, but thats just ridiculous!

Pepperoni pizza was fine. Hawaiian pizza was extremely sloppily put together. Wings were the worst wings I’ve ever gotten. Could barley choke one down…. Husband picked them up and threw them. Barely any sauce and SO rubbery and absolutely nasty!

Got delivery & they missed some items on our order. There is an option to get a text message when the driver is 2 minutes away & after waiting almost 2 hours for our order we never got a text & the food was dropped outside our door no knock, no text, nothing so it was ice cold when we got it, one of the pizzas they forgot to put sauce on and the other one all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box like they just threw it on our doorstep. The only thing they would do to fix to this problem was 1 free item next time we ordered & so we just got our free item last night. Well I got really sick from it, my significant other was up all night sick, and even the dog ran outside this morning & is sick from the pizza !!!!! I don’t know if something went wrong or they purposely did something to the pizza since we complained about our last order but I will NEVER order from here again! Maybe the health inspector needs to pay them a visit as well!
