We ordered a pizza and a pasta bowl for contactless delivery. I left a note on the order to leave it on the steps and yell into the house because there was wet paint from the front door on so I didn’t want them coming in or knocking on the door. Sure enough, the food was left out on the steps with no notice because they walked into the front room on the wet paint that we now have to redo. Guess they don’t know how to read the notes…

I placed an order at 8:50pm, was in quality check at 9:18 order wasn’t out for delivery till 9:59 order didn’t arrive till 10:34pm cold and they forgot my 2 liter sprite to just put the icing on top. Wouldn’t order nor recommend this store. Then you call and they don’t even pick up.

I’m skeptical when it comes to pizza chain food but I got a large extra cheese with pepperoni and sweet habanero wings from this location and it was actually really good! Got to the store and it was hot and ready on time. Was surprised to come on here and see so many bad reviews, improvements must have been made

First issue with the store so far. Don’t know the situation. However, my order got placed on the app well before store closing. 5 minutes later I go to check, it’s canceled, and the store isn’t answering phone calls (tried twice with a 10 minute gap)… Wawa here we come

I went to the store to ask for help to order a pizza online. I had a free pizza and wanted help to redeem it online so I asked the female staff 2 times to help. I waited from 3:20 to 3:50 and she provided no assistance. There was not one other person in the store, eventually I left and went to another location to redeem the pizza. I was helped immediately and was able to redeem the free pizza. I’m waiting on phone to speak with a manager while writing this review and I’m on hold for over 17 minutes to get the managers name. No one ever answered the phone. GO TO ANOTHER STORE.. THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE!!!!

Worst Dominios ever. Ordered food for delivery and I waited 2 hours before I went to the store to check up on it. Called multiple times and no response. The store closes at 1am and I was there at 10:50pm. While I was driving there, the app said my order just got put into the oven. The one guy inside locked the doors and was just hiding in the back on his phone. When he saw me, he went in the back again and canceled our order and proceeded to hide. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE. Got video proof of it as well
