Came here on a Thursday night. Ordered two medium pizzas, two toppings each. And a spinach with feta cheese bread. I live down the road so once the order was complete I drove over to pick it up. When I walked in there were two employees making pizzas. They saw me come in but didn’t acknowledge my existence for quite some time. Not even a ” be right with you”. They just kept working. I felt unimportant at all as a customer. Finally after a few minutes, a guy comes over and just looks at me. No words are spoken. I tell him my name and he gets my order then hands it to me. I said thank you and once again. No response. Very weird customer service. I know it’s not a good paying job and probably not fun but that’s not my fault.

Been waiting on an order for almost 2 hours. Tried calling the store, waited for someone to answer for 10 mins and got sick of hearing the same 4 second advertisement over and over. If you’re in the area, order from the store in Macungie, they’re much more consistent

Food is always the quality I would expect from a Dominos, no complaints there. Delivery is usually slow with the app saying delivered long before it arrives, with the labor situation, no complaints there either. I do have a problem with when they mess up, promise a fix and the fix does not happen. Most recent case was one of the items ordered on the app and charged was a sandwich. Store called 20 minutes later and explained there was no bread and they would credit my next order the sandwich because they could not refund. Just placed my next order and there is no credit…no surprise.

I can not believe what I have just experienced. This location left my order by the mailbox in front of my building, and I live in the back. I called this location, and their excuse was that we had been trying to reach you via text, which I never received, called, which I never received as I waited patiently for my order. When they screw up your order and you get home before you find out you should know that they refuse to refund your money and just give you a credit for a pizza later. I ordered a specialty pizza with Alfredo instead of tomato sauce and sausage. It came out as crust and cheese, no sauce or sausage even though the guy swears he put the Alfredo sauce on it but openly admits he didn’t put the sausage on it.

I am so happy I found Dominos on lehigh st. The young lady that works there was multitasking. She was taking orders and making orders all on her own. It’s very friendly, clean, polite and also attentive to your needs. She was on time with the food as I waited patiently for all of it to be done. I felt very comfortable being there as I waited for my food order. She is a beast and by that I mean she was doing it all and not once did she look aggravated. No one beats this Dominos in Allentown PA in lehigh street right across the street from the mall on the south side
