This location is very clean and well ran. When I order my pizzas I actually showed up a little bit early as soon as I walked in the door somebody attentively asked me what I was there for and had my order in hand within about 30 seconds. Great job guys

Ordered online 5/31 (after 6). The to-car delivery was ready when I confirmed I arrived. He was already out the door before I got the 2-minute automated response! The employee was not only prompt but courteous. And the food was still hot when I got to Forest City. I know because I ate a slice driving.

I order here often and usually don’t have issues but tonight when they forgot part of my order, we called the store and they told us we had to drive down to get what they forgot! What’s the point in paying for delivery if I have to go pick up the food YOU forgot to give me? Not to mention the man on the phone was rude, had attitude AND hung up on us when we asked if there was anything he could do. Do better.

Wanted something quick and different for dinner so.. The other half and I ordered 2 bread bowls. We walk in and the two guys working were singing and laughing. The food was ready and hot. They smiled and laughed the entire time we were in there. Made my boyfriend’s and mines night. The food is awesome as well. We wish we would’ve caught their names but thank you guys!!

Not worth it today, male employee only got the 1 pizza right, and literally left the girl alone while the phone rang off the hook and orders back piled.(He was in the restroom for over 20 minutes) with only 2 employees it is not acceptable She definitely needs a raise while she hustled like a pro!
