I have ordered pizza from this domino’s for 7 year it’s been sufficient. As of a few weeks/months ago the pizzas have been coming out like works of art. Didn’t even revive my order. Tried to call and only get Automated voice messages. Tried to get a refund on the dominos app and they offer me 60 rewards points which is only worth a medium pizza free. My order was $42.47. Absolutely ridiculous terrible service do not waste your money!

They seem to have a cheese shortage problem. Even when ordering with extra cheese, because normal is ridiculously none, they barely put any, but feel free to charge enough for it.

I haven’t ordered from Domino’s in nearly two decade’s. Tonight we decided we were in the mood for pizza and wanted to give them a try, as it’s been so long since we’ve last had Domino’s Pizza. Put my order in and waited. Their website is simple enough to navigate. Pizza arrives some 35 minutes later, not too shabby. I picked up two large, two toppings pizza’s, cheesy bread bites, cinnamon bread bites and two garlic dipping sauce. Pizza wasn’t bad and the bread bites are good… However, leave it to them to forget the dips. That’s 2$ they owe me. Thanks Domino’s!

Just got into town checked into the hotel so i ordered pasta and lava cakes for dinner and dessert. The delivery time was ok and i got the food only to discover there’s no forks. What kind of place sends food (pasta) and no forks too a hotel? So i call the store and the girl says we are out of forks. I said why would you send an order like that and not call the customer to tell them you have no forks knowing they didn’t have any?

I ordered from Domino’s Montgomeryville and was told delivery would be 20-30 minutes. It took well over 1 hour. I called the store and was told there was only 1 driver so it’s not there fault. I reminded them that I could order pizza from other places in the future. They finally promised to credit my account a free pizza. That never happened. Why would I order from them again when they seem to care so little about customer service?

Wish I could be more kind. Ordered pizza for 4 hungry teenagers. Waited an hour for delivery. Called to check status. They insisted the food was delivered. No food at the front door. Called back. Now they were out of the product I ordered. Too late to order from anyone else. I will not be using this store anymore.

For the second time in 2 weeks we ordered pizza delivery and were told 30 mins and both times it took over 1 hour and 25 mins. I called the store and they told me they only had 1 driver and he was called back to help close the store and would drop our food off on his way home which is 2 hours after we ordered it. Driver shows up at my house finally and tells me it’s his manager’s fault and to please complain cause they have the worst manager ever! Unacceptable and they lost local long time customers here and I will be complaining to corporate. I think in fairness it’s their night crew that is the issue at this location.
