We ordered food tonight for dinner however we never received our Bacon Cheddar Tots, the pastas were less than half the size they normally are (it didn’t even half fill a toddler plate), and we called and were on hold twice for over ten minutes then the line disconnected. We tried to then use the app to just request a refund for the tots and maybe a coupon or something for a new pasta and were told no then the chat was closed out.

The delivery driver showed up and said we didn’t have pasta so we replaced it with garlic sticks. Driver was very nice and agreed this was ridiculous. I told him I didn’t want it and wanted a refund which they did give. They also offered me a free pasta next time. Like sorry to my 9 year old no pasta but here are some garlic knots? I am sick and have small children so was already ordering late. So I had to go out and find something else. I called and Jack the GM answered and proceeded to curse, raise his voice, and told me it’s protocol to just switch out foods if it’s the same price. When I asked for his bosses number he hung up on me. So I showed up to the establishment where I had to tell him once again to lower his voice and have some level of professionalism. I’ve lived here for years and during COVID they often did not have a driver and would call me right away and give me the choice to pick up or cancel the order. Why not just make a simple call? I did get the number of his boss (Jordan Clark) and he was equally unprofessional. Told me if I didn’t like the policies to apply for a job. When I said I’m contacting cooperate tells me good luck they take weeks to respond and how he owns 30- something dominos. I get it. You get paid beans to work at a trash job. But you still need to uphold a level of professional and maybe you should have done something to better your life. Sorry not sorry.

This facility is located in small shop center. There is minimal parking. The store is noticed from street. The manager, older Indian guy, was nice. He even tried to help me put my points towards my rewards. But he said he would have to redo the order. So , I told him that it’s ok. I will try to remember next time. The place was clean inside. I just had a question why there was a “wet floor sign” in the waiting area. Another question is the black gloves that the Indian guy wears…does he use the same gloves to answer phone, ring up orders, and make the pizzas. I was trying to keep an eye open, but there is a blind spot to the left side near the pizza station. So anyone else who reads this review…KEEP AN EYE OUT for this and please write your review about the gloves . I tasted the pizzas. It wasn’t anything special but for each of them they were cheap 5.99 each. I personally will not come back to this restaurant location until I know that its owner are using clean gloves each time fixing pizzas and taking them off when doing other tasks. I gave a 3 star, bc the pizzas wasn’t bad tasting nor was the service bad.

Food is always good. Delivery is usually good. Some drivers can’t follow instructions, but delivery driver Dean is always great, always follows the delivery instructions.

Don’t bother placing an order if it’s within 1 HOUR of closing time, they will cancel it 25 minutes later. Closing prep should begin AFTER listed closing time NOT before!

Took them over an hour 20 minutes to get my food to me. What??? If you’re that backed up just say so. That way I can pick it up in store and not eat old pizza. Too many competitors to try this place again

I’ve read all the reviews here and while I completely support small businesses and franchise owners, I cannot and will not support those who don’t accept cash. I don’t know if this or any Domino’s accepts cash but from reading the reviews I see most people think they’re doing themselves a favor by taking advantage of all these cashless means of payment. People doing that as much as they are is whats going to bring about the end of cash. And when that happens most of you have no idea how much your life and world will change….and not for the better. Cash is final frontier of freedom. The more you use cash the more difficult it us for the powers that be to convert over to a digital currency. That’s ridiculous ? On the Fed’s own website they tell you they’re introducing it July of this year. Sure, digital will be used along side cash – for a time, but some crisis will be used to flip the switch and convert us over completely. When someone else has the ability to control all if your financial dealings, and they will, you are no longer free but a slave. Just look at how far China’s social credit system has come in the last 12 months, and all this talk of 15 minute cities being planned ….right now. There are several large groups promoting using cash as often as possible and explain how the system will undergo difficulty dropping cash if people use it. Google it. Cash Fridays is just one. Yeah I know…im a fruitcake saying all this on a Domino’s review page. Maybe so, but just my little contribution for prolonged freedom. You naysayers likely don’t know history and nor the heart of man. Anyhow…consider using cash where and when you can.

This location has improved significantly since last year. Looks like it’s under new management and all the issues they had with online ordering have been resolved.
