Usually this place is pretty good. But today order one of the 3 pizzas I usually get. A medium well done with extra Alfredo sauce, parmesan and asiago cheese. Usually they put plenty on,but today was dry as all hell and barely any cheese. It was hot,though timed it perfectly for pick up.

Over a hour and half wait for Cold pizza . Domino’s in Upper Darby PA please do Better. Having one drive to operate the orders and cook plus deliver is Ridiculous and not good Customer service or employee care at all . DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. NOT SAFE. Their website pretends to be so PRO non contact delivery and I even add in the instructions NON CONTACT and where to leave the food. At delivery I get a call from someone who says “I have your delivery” um ok well leave it on the porch where you were instructed. Then he says “I speak no English”, then why are you in this job and why would you expect someone to walk out to a strangers car in the dark on the street! He was so difficult to deal with that I told him to go back to the store and have them contact me or I’m calling the police. UNACCEPTABLE THAT THIS IS WHO IS WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY. NOT SAFE. This store needs to be closed down. The lack of professionalism when it comes to customer service definitely shows in this most disgusting pizza! They are very lazy, food tastes old, and they barely cut the pizza. My kids love dominos and even they are disgusted and disappointed by the not so fresh pizza.
