Bad experience tonight. Placed an online order for delivery, tracked it on the app. The guy got to the house to deliver it and had the wrong order. Had to go back and get the right one, then delivered it, and food was cold. Pizza was flat and clearly had been sitting there. Took over a hour. Guy didn’t even knock to say sorry. Had paid and tipped online so couldn’t get anything back. Tried calling the store 3 times and no one picked up. Don’t recommend!

Worst experience ever!!! I called twice during the week (Wednesday and again Friday) and talked to Chris(manager) on Wednesday to place an order for my wedding on Saturday so it could be delivered. She told me I had to call back Friday to give the payment so I tried again Friday and talked another man to give him my card payment and he couldn’t process it until Saturday so I needed to call back the morning of my wedding-absolutely not- I told him to cancel the order! I had too much going the DAY OF MY WEDDING- so the driver showed upto the hotel with the pizza’s I canceled and demanded payment from my brother in law who already placed an order for us. Awful-AWFUL customer service. You should be ashamed of how your staff and management takes care of paying customers!! Oh and the delivery driver texted me and kept calling me during my wedding to pay for the pizza. Get it together!!

Ordered pizzas they were not correct (crust not as ordered). Trevor (Manager) yelled at me, and repeatedly asked “are you stupid?!”, refused to give me the free pizza that I was promised by the manager 2 weeks ago when our order was wrong. Is this really how Dominos trains its employees in customer service and management??!! If so, Trevor and his lacking would never cut it at Chick-Fil-A down the street, where they know how to treat customers!!!

Good store in the vicinity. Very approachable location , service was on time on every visit. Only problem I could see is without we ask there is no pepper, paper, plates . This time I placed an order for curbside pickup and after I arrived , pizza was on my car within 45 secs and left the place within a minute. I placed an order for pan pizza and it tasted good.

My experience with this place was apparently very different from most. I ordered online around 8:15 p.m. and by 9:00 I had my order in front of me. This was on a Saturday night, they must have been extremely busy, but they were still getting it done. My pizza was fresh and hot and well made.

Don’t bother ordering from here ever! My kids like Dominos, however, this location can not deliver a pizza in a timely manner and when you order on line it does not give you an estimated wait time before ordering. This is not the first time this has happened with this location, the last two times it was over an hour too. One time it was almost 3 hours when I canceled the order and had to wait 10 days for a refund. Never again, never again.

We order from Domino’s in Lionville 2-3 times a week and our order is perfect EVERY TIME! We’ve never once had a mistake on our order, and when you order extra toppings, you get extra toppings! It’s always ready when the app says it will be ready, and there’s not much else you can ask for.

Driver calls me only to tell me I have to come to him and get my order because they are short on drivers! That is NOT your customers problem! I paid my fees and TIPPED well! I live in an apartment complex with an ELEVATOR!! My door is 5 steps from the elevators! You are telling me he can’t walk to the elevator and bring my order to my DOOR!! I will NEVER order from you again! Pure laziness! If you can’t provide the services don’t advertise that you can!
