I ordered My food at 806 it’s cooked by 830 sits in quality check for an hour. Then it says on the way. The ETA GOES UP INSTEAD IF DOWN then the driver disappeared off the mapit says delivered when I never received the order. I call to cancel to get a refund the guy who answers says they are refunding me and still delivering the food for the wait. That was a week ago I never received my refund I spoke to Manager twice he said monday the 5th he could refund me they had to wait for a technician to do it which makes no sense. NEEDLESS TO SAY ILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO BRAVO OR ANDRES PIZZA

After seeing that my order had been “checked for quality” for thirty minutes, I called to check on my order. “Driver just walked in.” I stated my food had already been sitting for thirty minutes. She offered to remake the order. I said yea please. FIFTEEN MINUTES later, order is delivered COLD! Safe to say they didn’t do as promised and wouldn’t ya know I’ve been on hold now for ten minutes at dominos.

Ordered Brooklyn style crust with extra cheese and sauce. I guess they call the crust Brooklyn style because you can fold it but it was nothing like the New York style pizza I know. It was soggy looking and yucky. The cheese and sauce were tasteless and overall the appearance was unappetizing. It was edible but that’s all I can say. Sorry Domino’s but if I had to give you a grade it would be an D because at least it was edible. Total waste of $45, I’m sorry.

The pizza was okay, but the staff was extremely friendly and proficient. The female that made my pizza and greeted me when I walked in was extremely friendly professional and constantly smiling. I did order and hanged out while my order was being made and some weird Mario noise kept playing over and over and over again, I asked about it and they told me every time they get an order that sound goes off the 10 minutes that I was there I must have heard it 20 times I can’t imagine hearing that every 30 seconds all day everyday….. Hopefully the owner will show mercy on their hard-working staff and not subject them to such measures.

The store may or may not be fine; I couldn’t tell you because I don’t live anywhere near it. However, there’s an entitled Karen in Oxford, PA who shares my name who apparently cannot toddle over to the library and get help setting up her own email address, so she uses mine. If you’re in Oxford, and you know this person, please help her get her own email address so I can stop receiving the results of her doctors’ appointments, credit card transactions, and her effing pizza orders.

I love Domino’s, but I’m done now. After having only 5 tiny diced pieces of chicken in my chicken alfredo, and overdone cheesy bread; I need to say goodbye. I just spent $17.00 on what I would not even call a meal. I’ve been ordering here, and many other Dominos for a long time. I’m sorry to see this is what it has come to as a corporation. We can go to most Italian restaurants and get a full meal for this price.

Please be patient! Like everyone else, they are short staffed. They try to get food out in a reasonable time, but come dinner time, gets a little harder. They are always training someone, so things might get messed up, but not on purpose. Please have compassion. But can’t beat the deals.

I called to see where my order was they said it was still in the way and it’s been over an hour waiting for two items .
