Got our order wrong. Didn’t discover until we arrived home. My wife called in to explain the situation and the guy who picked up was dismissive. She asked to speak to a manager and the guy said “that’s enough” and hung up on her.

They have messed up our order the last three times we’ve ordered from them. The past two times the person we spoke to was incredibly kind, apologetic, and helpful. Last night, however, they messed up our pizza (toppings on the whole thing instead of half) and the guy couldn’t have cared less. He told my fiancé, with an attitude, the only option was to wait 30-40 minutes for a new pizza because the ovens were shut down. No apology. I went in to resolve it after my fiancé left defeated, he immediately got an attitude when I asked “can we just have a refund if you can’t fix it, I’d rather return the pizza” saying that he could fix it if we want to wait for the ovens to heat back up. I explained that I obviously didn’t want to keep anyone past closing time and that my fiancé just cannot eat pineapple but he just stopped talking, rolled his eyes, didn’t apologize, just got money from the register and handed it to me. didn’t say another word even when I said thank you or have a good night. He acted as if WE messed up the order and inconvenienced HIM. It’s one thing to make a mistake, that’s human, it’s another thing to have an attitude about it. At this point it’s not worth going here again.

Awful!! We ordered pizza, tracker said it was delivered. It was not. We tried to call the store and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I got in the car and drove there and was informed that they are not picking up the phone because they are short staffed. It was a very small take out store. At the time there were 5 people in there. It had been 2 hours at this point since I ordered. They remade the order and credited the whole amount. However, in watching the people behind the counter, they took money from a customer, wore NO gloves in food prep or removing food from oven. Did NOT wash their hands after handling money. A pizza stick (what they use to pull pizza out of the oven) fell on the floor and they just picked it up and put it with the others. This place should have a manager on site. So many. Too many to list here, health code violations! We haven’t ordered in while feom Domino’s because our last experience wasn’t good…. it remains horrible. Think twice before you order from here!
