I ordered 3 different types of Pizzas. I could not tell which one was which. The chicken was dry, the ham was like rubber. The pizza was barely cut. Also they put on more BBQ sauce then the other toppings. The only thing that was edible was the 2 litter of Coco Cola.

Ordered food from the app and it was horrible. The breadsticks were dry and chewy and not cut or baked properly. Pasta had the ingredients i picked missing, sauce was just a blob on the top, cheese wasnt even warm. I didnt get the dip for cheese breadsticks either

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza and a drink at 12:24. The food did not arrive and I had to replace the order. At 3:14, my pizza came, but my drink did not. The driver had to return to the store for my soda. On the pizza itself; it was delicious, but somehow a couple of pineapple chunks ended up on one of the cheese slices. I know that the staff isn’t always to blame and they had unforeseen difficulties with this order, but I still feel disappointed.

I ordered over forty dollars worth of food and even gave a good tip and hurt me because I live off ss and not one thing looked fresh. As if they picked it out the trash can. I cried and I swear myself the company I was buying for we threw everything in the trash can. How can you do ppl like that.

Waited an over an hour then they cancelled my order… called in to double check and they answered the phone asking for pick up or delivery when I asked about my order already they transferred me and someone told me they were 3 hours behind when I asked if I was still getting mine he hung up on me

Giant bag of meh. Firstly, don’t misstep and ever order delivery from this location. The other reviews don’t lie – they’ve got one driver, and it absolutely WILL take HOURS to get your food. Save yourself the frustration. You’re better off picking up – the food is cooked quickly and is always hot. The prices are perfect for the portions which is a rarity nowadays though.

Ordered chocolate lava cakes and a chicken dish. The chicken was fine but they’re was only one lava cake in the box!! The infuriating part is there is powdered sugar around where the cake was!!! I’m still on hold with them and it’s been over ten minutes!! Absolutely ridiculous

Took around a 6 month break from ordering from this dominos because of issues on nearly every order. Nothing has changed. To watch the tracker sit on “quality control check” for over 30 minutes and receive a pizza missing 2 of 3 toppings, missing toppings on sandwich, and chicken burnt to an inedible crisp- it’s extremely frustrating. The same quality control and managerial issues exist as always. The manager doesn’t care. Double check the order and don’t send food out that isn’t up to your company’s standards. It’s simple. Your passion is gone, give it up. Will continue to drive to Frazer dominos as I have been for the last 6 months. I’ve never had one issue there.
