The pizza lately has been hit or miss. Ordered last week and customer service was awful over the phone. Rude staff who was annoyed because I wanted to clarity on a deal I saw online. Blonde hair woman (I recognized her voice when I came in for pick up). She sucked her teeth and passed the phone to another worker saying “I can’t”.

Will not go back to this store, a lady (looks like one in charge) didn’t allow me to add my other two toppings because I forgot to add them when I placed the order on line. All she could do is yell n talk so loud to me as if i was a employee( i feel bad for the workers to have such a loudmouth at a workplace). She had not a bit of consideration and even wouldn’t listen to my reason. I went to the store to pick up in not more than 6mins and my pizza was already in the oven so super fast, but when I was placing the order it said my wait time was between 30 – 40 mins for pickup. So i was hoping to be able to correct my error in person.

This store is terrible. I ordered 3 pizzas and had to cancel the order after hour and half as never made it past “quality check” on the tracker. Thought I’d give them one more shot a couple days later and I am waiting here one hour stuck on “prep” on the tracker and have been on hold for 20 mins to speak to manager to cancel the order. Im actually not sure if there is a human there or if anyone cares. Terrible operation and service.

So today I ordered a pizza and wings through the dominoes app where it states that if I do curbside pickup and they have not delivered my food to the car in 2 minutes or less that I would receive a free pizza for my next order. I arrived at the Conshohocken ridge pike dominoes at 7:20 pm and alerted the app that I was there the timer on the app began to countdown and at 7:21 the dominoes crew had stopped my timer with 1:22 minute left. I did not receive my pizza until 7:26 pm so it was to my surprise when “Manager” Hope told me that I could not receive a free pizza because it was not there policy at dominoes that it was “only a dominoes app thing” is what she said and that there is nothing she can do about it. The app was not able to give me a free pizza because she stopped the timer from counting down to my free pizza. I am very bother and disappointed with how everything was handled and will definitely think twice before I order from this dominoes again. Thank you Manager Hope for all the help you did not give me.
