We ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. One of the pizzas was crushed, and the chicken was cold. Then the manager calls me after delivery and tells me, “the next time we place a large order we need to schedule it for a later time not asap, because they only have one cook. Also the next time I have a delivery to tip the driver”. The manager immediately hangs up on me. I thought the tip was included on the online order, in addition I was putting the boxes in the house as the driver gave me them to me two at a time. When I turned around the driver was leaving. I always tip. And if the driver or manager would have talked to me in a reasonable manner I would have given them a tip. Lastly why do I have to schedule my order. The website should calculate all that and tell me when I will approximately get my food. Other take outs do this on there website This is the third time we have had a problem with this dominos. So we are never going to order from them again. Dominos is the worst and the manager is ignorant to customers. At one point the manager said it doest matter if no one orders pizzas from there. She doesn’t care. Again the worst experience from a pizzas place I have ever had.

As a former driver for this location I must say the employees that are here do a great job. They are unappreciated and get cursed out alot. Just because you may live close does not mean your order will get to you first. Orders are dispatched from oldest to newest. Also please bear in mind that this store has the largest delivery area and work one driver and one insider running the store with hundreds of orders it does get very exhausting and orders may het delayed. But rest assured, these people are doing the best they can. they usually only have one driver and one insider on any day. So please remember to keep that in mind

Delicious pizza in a fair amount of time! I just received a pizza from this dominos and it was the best dominos pizza I have ever had! I used to live near the East Greenville location and this is definitely an upgrade. We got the tater tots and and bacon pizza. The lady that delivered it was nice too! Highly recommend. Also, I think they are hiring drivers!

They tell you that they brought the pizza to your car yet you still have to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to come out with cold, bland pizza. When you reach out to corporate, they never respond.

We ordered two pizzas cinnamon twists and garlic wings, the food was absolutely amazing and the delivery time was overly exceptional! Their was a small hiccup with my order and when I called the young man on the phone was so kind! Best customer service I’ve ever had! The issue was resolved quick. 10/10 Thank you guys for a great customer experience! God Bless!

This store is extremely mismanaged employees have no idea what they are doing. This review is featuring the short king in the photos. This kid is everything wrong with this location, he is rude, unsure how to do his job, and completely incompetent. He doesn’t know how to use a phone or even his own name, not sure how he knows how to cook food. He basically just stands around doing nothing. Apparently they will indeed hire anyone they are that desperate at this location.

We ordered a pizza and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. When we went to the store to just get it ourselves, the woman working refused to give us the number to a manager or someone to help and refused to issue a refund. Don’t bother even ordering from here. We told them we had been calling and she told us she wasn’t answering phones and turned the phone off because she didn’t want to get yelled at. Literally the most unprofessional and poor service from any food establishment ever.
