They do not even deserve one star. My pizza arrived crushed. Two of two pizzas both stuck to the top of the box. Called the store and the person said they were sending the driver back to pick up the damaged food. I asked for a refund and she hung up. Bad idea to order from this store

Their service is the worst! My husband ordered last night at 11:20 for delivery. He got a text last night saying it was delivered and it wasn’t. Then THEY cancelled his order and didn’t say why. He tried calling them they hang up on him a few times. He talked to management today and they didn’t help him at all. Didn’t even apologize and wouldn’t give him a free pizza. The manager said it’s because his order was cancelled. They were really busy. He’s not ordering from them anymore. They should have still given him a free pizza. And been nicer!

I got my order cold the manager is very rude I’m pregnant and refuse me a refund she lied to me saying my order was on the way at 12:30 and it didn’t leave the store till 12:45. It said it was checked at 12:03 I didn’t get it till 1:09 she hung up on me wouldn’t give me her name don’t order from this place they are rude and don’t care how the customer received they food and they are liars.

Very disappointment with the service that was provided, I waited more then an hour for my food and when I call to speak with the manger she placed me on hold and never got back to me. I love Domino’s and will continue buying by never again from 310 Penn Street!!!!!!! Needs a new manger and maybe some new employees

Man I don’t know I order here nomore I guess it’s the first one that pops up. But no don’t get from here. I just made a order and received it mad late. Almost two hours later. Okay that’s not a big issue but then the box comes like it was thrown at a wall and then the sauce container was opened did you bash it at the floor. Man this is a disgrace I had hair at another point in a different order then I recieved the wrong pizza in a different order Man I must be stupid to think I was going get different service today but no. I tipped the man yo domino get your act together please. This place has really gone downhill. This Domino’s used to be good and put out consistently good food but as of late all they put out is terrible food. My most recent order I ordered a large 3 topping for carryout and an order of cheesy bread. The pizza was cut terribly, definitely wasn’t extra cheese as was ordered, and the toppings were spread out unevenly. The cheesy bread was Burnt, and barely any CHEESE in the CHEESY bread! And to top it off when I call to complain I get greeted with absolutely terrible customer service! The food has been that terrible that I’m even forfeiting the replacement food for this order. I would highly recommend to avoid this Domino’s.

The wors Pizza I ever had pizza was hard not hot and burnt also a few pizza had not on them when I clearly paid for toppings smh it’s sad because I work in food service and this was just horrible!!! I’m so mad these pictures can’t do more justice so u can see how hard it was smh

I ordered delivery here 3 different times and specifically asked for garlic butter on my crust. Non of the times did I get what I asked for. Then when it’s brought to there attention, They didn’t do anything about it. I definitely didn’t enjoy my food, and I definitely will not be buying from this dominos again.
