This used to be my favorite Domino’s but recently the orders are just been horrible……And tonight topped it off… Never going to step in there ever again…… The food was burnt, Pizza wasn’t even cut and cold, parmesan bites that were just a lumps of dough through in box…. The saddest thing about it the place was not even busy…. There’s no reason why the food is like because when I walked in there were messing around talking…..

Terrible service. We gave them the wrong number so we waited outside and the guy never showed up. When I called he said he was at the destination but no one was outside. I called and told them what happened and the manager said he would be back out. We waited another 20 min after the hour we had to wait and the guy calls me saying he’s outside. We are already outside and see no one. I call again and ask where he’s at that we are in the Sfs building and he goes wait you aren’t at the hotel. We gave them the right address 3 times and this whole time he kept going to a hotel that was not near us. Never got the food and wasted our break.

Second time that I found an insect in my food, I am uncertain whether or not there is a bug problem here or not, but upon contacting domino’s support the first time they said they would reach out to this restaurant to resolve this issue, I received no follow up and upon calling the restaurant itself they essentially declined that this event ever happened and refused to acknowledge me further. I cannot support a restaurant that does this so I leave this here to warn others.

My wife ordered 2 pizzas tonight for delivery. One had sausage, mushrooms and banana peppers. Well, sort of. I’m not sure if there is an industry shortage or the pizza maker has to pay for the toppings out of his own pocket. Sausage, yeah, it was there, sparsely. Mushrooms, I didn’t request only 9, but that about what I got. Banana peppers, I think there was almost one on every slice, almost. It was difficult to see clearly because the pizza appeared to be a little over cooked. Does Domino’s require you to bring your own toppings? Bottom line, I paid for the toppings, how about you actually make an attempt to put some on the pizza!!!!!

Tonight was the quickest time our order has been finished and the order was correct. I prefer this Dominos over the one in Robesonia. I don’t even know how we get rerouted to them. It takes on average of an hour and a half and is not hot. I like this Domino’s. They are polite and courteous.
