There’s a wait time when you order your pizza, however the staff should know if something’s unavailable. I was made to wait for 25 minutes for my pizza and 4 bottles of coke, however they later told me that there’s no coke and they can’t to refund my money. I was forced to pick another soft drink instead as I was getting late.

Order online!! 15 minutes later was canceled cause they don’t have a driver until 4 pm why you don’t block the delivery option on the website , now you have my money until you refund me! Long ago this used to be a terrific location however its fallen to a last resort option over the past few years. When calling an order by phone staff consistently ignore advertised specials and attempt to overcharge you. This has been an ongoing issue with this location. Even when you inform the staff of the special you’ve called for (which BTW are advertised online and also on their hold music) you’ll be met with outright lies such as there are no specials or even that they don’t know how to ring specials up!

Been ordering from this place for the past five years…I just happened to pay with cash today 50$ bill.. order was 31$ with a 5 dollar tip 14$ back in change,in the app it says drivers are not aloud to carry more than 20$ in change,which I understand.. Delivery arrives driver has 0 change on him,I was like dude I’m willing to tip you but I’m not giving you this whole 50 I’m like just give me 14 dollars back.I told him to contact his store,he took food back,which I understand.I called the store first person I spoke to claimed to be a (Manager) and I made him aware of the situation..he placed on hold then hung up…I call back a(manager)Loretta was very rude..need new staff at Polly Drummond rode.Will never order from you guys again..not that you care anyways..Seems like whoever these New people are some of them may need to be fired…check reviews of last couple months

This is by far the worst Dominoes I’ve ever encountered. I called and was asked to hold and was hung up on. I called back advised I was hung up on & I asked for a special they offered on their recoded line, I was told with attitude they do not offer it. I asked to speak with a manager and the agent had an attitude laughing in the background. He places another agent and not a manager on the phone and I again asked a manager finally when I speak to a manager and I tell him it was hung up on, he told me I was not hung up on with an attitude &when I told him he has an attitude! Will not be recommending this place. The driver delivered our food to a wrong address. When the delivery driver got to our address with wrong address asked him to pick up our food from the other address who was 7 min away and drop it to our address. Instead he went straight to the store. Also When called the store; they said they wouldn’t deliver and we would need to pick up the order and will take an hour to prep. Decided to call the store to speak with some one to address the issue. They said they will call the driver. Asked the store associate to call us after they speak with the driver. Waited and didn’t call us back for 23 minutes. Decided to call the store to check status and said the driver is at the store. Which doesn’t make sense why the driver went back to the store instead of going to the address to pick up our food. Didn’t get our order (by the way which was very cold) along with missing the dip it was suppose to come with. Finally got the food but 2 and half hours late and cold. The store associate made no efforts or accommodations. Very disappointed. Rather order from elsewhere next time.

I placed an online delivery order at 11:20pm on a Saturday night. Received a phone call they did not have a delivery driver and Justin accommodated me for my troubles and was the only one working in the store doing everything on his own. He deserves a raise or recognition!

After placing order, Doms called to tell me they have no delivery drivers, so order would have to be picked up or canceled. Why wouldn’t the website state this before it allows you to order delivery? Done with this fast food pizza spot for quite some time.

Usually have good food from this location. However, I ordered a pizza and got a few pieces of bacon in my pizza, and I don’t eat pork. Employees should be more careful getting toppings inside other toppings due to food allergies etc.
