The ladies working there are working hard and were very nice. They made the pizza quick. I took away two stars though, only because when they are preparing the pizza (putting toppings on) the lady was wearing no gloves, just bare hands. Gloves would be more hygienic. Besides that it was great!

Outstanding customer service!! The manager Sae Watkins made sure my order was delivered to the cancer unit, since I’m doing chemotherapy, and couldn’t meet the driver. Followed delivery actions to the ‘T’ and got a very hungry me my food, lol. Wings are delicious! Cooked well the way like I like them!. Ty Sae&Papa John’s.

One star for cooking the pizza. I paid the bill at the establishment in person and asked if they could wave from the door that it was ready. 25 minutes goes by. I go in and ask for my order and they grab it and I ask why wasn’t I flagged at the door that it was ready. The so called manager says I should have come in after 15 minutes. These people are lazy and have no customer service sense. I was flustered with the reply I got and I’ll never eat at Milford’s Dominos again. Not recommend for walk in.

They are thieves!! I never received my delivery and when I called they were very RUDE, so I told them to refund my money and they said fine and hung up on me. A week later the money was still not back in my account and when I called and spoke with the manager she called me a lier and said that my bank was lieing as well. I believe that the manager was so ignorant because she was the one who probably pocketed my refund my refund .

While my pickup order was made correctly and quickly the staff when I picked up my order was barely attentive. They did not ask me if I needed extra sauces or anything. The staff was too busy joking and having fun with their coworkers to care if I needed anything.

Ordered pizzas for a birthday party took 2 hrs to receive cold pizzas. After an hour we called to check the status they managers told us it’s on the way. The driver should be there any minute. 30 min later called back and was told the same thing. Mind you its only a 6 min drive. I get it it’s busy and people are under staffed but this is not new.

Decided to try something new at dominos, and was very disappointed. The tâter tots suppose to have 3 cheese blend. It suppose to be loaded tâter tots. I’m upset because I’m hungry and it was cold. They did give me my money back but this is still unexceptable.
