Will NOT ever order from this location ever again. I usually order about 3 to 4 times a month and am an excellent tipper. On March 4th I ordered a medium cheese pizza and alfredo pasta. I opened my pizza and was shocked to find a disgusting looking pizza that resembled vomit. It looked like it may have been dropped. I called the place up right after and Marisa answered the phone and offered to make another one. I said no after looking at that pizza, I was no longer hungry for pizza. She then stated she would have the manager call me when she comes in. I said ok thank you and hung up. I waited the rest of the day for that call. I called today to speak with who ever could help me. The general manager, (if that’s what you want to call her) answered and said she knew nothing about the incident and “unfortunately” can’t do anything about it because it’s the next day. I won’t ever waste my time or money at that dump. If they won’t refund me, I will make sure I get my money back whether it’s from corporate or calling my bank for a payment dispute.

They are cutting corners to try to save money whilst putting out VERY POOR pizza. They are using less dough and spreading it as thin as possible, even on Hand-tossed pizza which is NOT meant to be paper thin. It tastes awful and is undercooked. DO NOT patronize this business, they are not worth it.

Don’t order from this Domino’s if you’re a truck driver waiting on a load over at Mountaire. They won’t come to your truck. They wont call you. They won’t give you a direct delivery. Even though you give them directions and a phone number. The daytime manager( she wouldn’t give me her name) is not helpful and wouldn’t hear my grievance while she wanted to talk over me. Probably a franchise who doesn’t care about people’s satisfaction. If I could give less than 1 star I would because of the rudeness of the manager who couldn’t care less about whether I got the pizza or not.

I ordered a large pizza…half cheese and half buffalo chicken. The crust was burnt with a bland taste and there was very little chicken to be found. When I called with my complaint the manager rudely blurted ” what’s the matter with the pizza? ” It tasted like it supposed to taste. When asked about being reimbursed I was told you better have all the slices…all the slices! This was a manager speaking to a customer in this rude manner.

I placed a order for 7 pizzas. I specifically noted for the pizzas to be delivered to the building not the pool. The guy delivers the pizza to someone that wasn’t even me. Several of the pizzas was dropped. The guy act like he was the manager & hung up on me.

I Ordered $40 worth of food at around 7:45pm last night, received an email that said it would be 60-90 minutes for it to arrive at my door. I checked the app again at 8:55 expecting it to be on its way soon and saw that it was being quality checked which would normally indicate it would be coming soon. I waited until 9:30 and checked again just to make sure and it was still waiting at the store saying it was being quality checked. I called the store to make sure there was no issue with my card or the delivery, I was met with an extremely rude and short toned woman who said my delivery was ready and waiting for a driver and would be leaving soon I thanked her, hung up and waited. It’s now almost 10pm my order which has been waiting at the store for almost an hour for a driver is still there. I called the store back and was put on hold for 5 minutes, got through to the same rude woman and asked for the manager on duty. She became even more short said she was the manager what did I want I explained the situation and said I want a refund and for her to make this right for me by comping the food. We order from them frequently and have never had an experience this awful. She said she would cancel my order but wouldn’t be sending the food. I explained I had waited two hours my family is starving its 10pm you need to make this right for me and she laughed and said she wouldn’t be sending free food so I could pay or she could cancel it. I asked for her name and she laughed and hung up on me. I called back 5 times and she kept answering and putting me immediately on hold. This is the most childish rude behavior I have ever experienced in dealing with a customer service representative. I work in the same field and could never imagine treating a customer this way. I see from other reviews im not the only customer she’s done this to recently. I called georgetown domino’s explained what happened and they had food to my door in 30 minutes, they saved the day. I will be ordering from Georgetown in the future, appears the millsboro location needs some staffing changes.

My sisters boyfriend went to ask if he could take the red peppers off the pizza and she told him no he can’t and he would have to buy a whole other pizza and that he cannot buy another pizza if he refunded it and it was race related because our whole family is white and they only kicked out the person who wasn’t white.

We always use the online ordering feature, which is super convenient. Order from these guys regularly ( usually 1-3 times a week) and 99% of the time everything is perfect, the delivery drivers are always really friendly, order arrives really quickly, and is always hot! The very rare occasion when then is an issue they are very willing to fix the problem quickly and are very easy to talk to. Highly recommend this Domino’s.
