Bad service. Last time my order was wrong, this time I have two starving kids and the “quality check” started an hour ago. At 7:40 I called and he said oh it’s leaving.. no explanation. It’s right up the street yet I’m sitting on the porch still waiting.. at 8:20 pm..I think this is going to be my final time ordering there.

The pizza was old, cold, and the box was greasy I only live one mile away. I called the manager and he said they shorts taffed and only had 3 drivers but that shouldn’t stop them from serving fresh food. This is the first time in a many I’ve ordered to have this kind of problem.only had 3 drivers.

Just when you think they couldn’t get any worse, you go and order delivery and it’s 15 minutes late and still hasn’t even been picked up by a driver. I spent $20 for food to be delivered and they can’t even get that right. Go anywhere else but to domino’s in Long Neck. I called and the excuse given was that they’ve only had 2 drivers and they have to wait for one to get back. Okay, how about you go and deliver or a manager. If you’re that short staffed today, step up and do something about it instead of making excuses. I should have known to not order from Dominos and yet I wanted to give them a chance. Never again.

We ordered the spinach and feta pizza (let me specify that it’s the specialty). When we ordered, we said what was on it, not knowing we had to say specialty. So we read the title and what came on it, (Alfredo, onions, feta, etc…). The woman on the phone says you want the specialty pizza? and we say yes. She reads the order back and it’s correct. We get the order and it’s a regular pizza with spinach so we called back. The woman on the phone says it shouldn’t have been wrong, I put it in as a specialty pizza. Then a man gets on the phone “well we got confused because he didn’t tell us specialty pizza when he ordered. I can’t really do anything about that, sorry”. But the lady on the phone said she put it in as a specialty pizza so now I have a $13 pizza sitting here that I can’t do anything with? I’m a little confused if she said she put it in as a specialty pizza, we get it, it’s wrong, but they won’t do anything because somehow it’s my fault? I know I didn’t say specialty but the lady asked me if that’s wanted and I said yes? Lol okay. Staff was 0 help. “I can’t do anything about that”

We love dominos pizza but tonight, We are starting to reconsider that part because I order pizza and cheesy bread but the pizza was wrong and they did fix it but when we went to go eat the cheesy bread it was horrible.. just not sure who made it and if they were properly trained on how to make the products. I’m very disappointed, may have to start ordering somewhere else!

Cannot even express how much we are pi*%$. We order our pizza and an hour and a half later no delivery yet. Suddenly… they don’t deliver to our area. Thanks, it would have been nice to know that up front on a Sunday when it’s now getting too late.
