They have wonderful in person and delivery service. They’ve fixed orders immediately if somethings wrong, and even helped me with a refund when my phone put in the wrong address for delivery. Definitely one of the few places I still eat from at least 2x a week.

Tonight I had a horrible time with ordering Pizza. I went through 5 different phone calls and no one would help me. Actually the Domino’s restaurant that was supposed to deliver I spoke to twice and they absolutely would not help me. Finally a young man named Chris at the Domino’s on Hastings Dr. Not only helped me but took my order and made sure it was delivered. Thank you so much!!

I ordered delivery and the wrong food was brought to me. After calling the store, another wrong order was brought to me. I decided to drive to the store in person and return all the food I didn’t order – and finally got a Bacon and cheese pizza. We were told “sorry” but I still had to pay a tip and delivery fee even though I ultimately went to the store in person. Nothing was offered to rectify this issue.

Good quality pizza at a good price. The catch is that you need to choose carryout vice delivery as the latter you might be waiting between 1 and 2 hours for your pizza. So if you pick it up the order will be correct and hot.

2 items delivered came incorrect. Called the store twice to have order corrected, and re-delivered. First time, stayed on hold for 10 minutes, and someone picked up, then hung up. Second time waited another 10 minutes, I explained about my order and asked for a manager. The associate said, “we’re busy right now, the manager can’t talk. Try calling back later.” I explained to him that I’d already waited an hour for delivery, and several minutes on hold, and this was very rude. Another male associate in the back shouted, “just hang up on her.” The initial associate hung up immediately. Horrible service, and incorrect orders.

This Domino’s, has the worst customer service, and are very rude, they never get the orders correct, and when it comes to having your food delivered expect to wait 2 hours for your food. They say it is due to being short staffed however it’s funny because that excuse gets old after awhile. The have one driver delivering 3-4 orders at one time so if you are last on the list your food is going to b cold. The worst part is the call center that they have now that goes to another country and no one understands English. My family LOVES Domino’s however it is to the point they would rather me order Pizza Hut
