App was down so I called. Worst experience ever!! I’ve always ordered my pizzas 2 topping half and half. Without getting charged for multiple toppings tonight I was told you’re ordering double pepperoni on one side and philly steak and mushrooms on the other side. That’s a total of 3 toppings. First of all it’s 4 if you were putting it on the whole pizza but half half’s are considered 2 per side. I asked if that’s a new rule she said no you don’t seem to understand you ordered 3 toppings. We talked about it for God knows maybe 20 mins until I finally said forget it charge me so I can get my food. If my kids weren’t waiting for this I would have gone elsewhere. If I didn’t know the GM of the Manassas locations Dominos wouldn’t even be a thing but after tonight’s ordeal you may have lost a long time customer. All for the competence of someone who can’t take an order right.

I place an order at 10:50pm. My order contained extracheese pizza, spinach, been and mushrooms. However when the driver got to my place, she had the wrong pizza. They did not added thet correct ingredients. When I opened the pizza and saw that that wasn’t the pizza I ordered I called the manager in Gainesville. He said that it wasn’t his problem and hang up on me 4 times. I tried to call multiple times later they hang up on me all the times. I paid 40 dollars for a pizza I threw away. Really bad service. The pizza was absolutely delicious. It arrived much sooner than expected. Jennifer was very sweet, punctual and professional. She was honestly the best delivery specialist I have ever dealt with. The pizza was made perfectly, all the toppings were spaced evenly and cooked to perfection. I think between Eileen and Jennifer this was the best delivery pizza experience I have had in a long time maybe even ever. These two deserve great recognition.

I was at the Gateway Dominos 9/5/20 waiting for a curbside pickup the little girl nor the older man came outside to see what I was waiting When I called after almost 7 minutes the inside the little girl said oh yeah it’s ready and then gave me the pizza and walked away I had to tell her I did not pay for the order as she rolled her eyes when I asked for regular bbq sauce she said I gave you what we had then she just handed me my receipt did not said thank you or anything. She was very rude and the service was horrible. I work in the customer service field as well for over 33 years if you don’t want to serve the public change jobs.

Ordered pizza from these guys quite a few times, but it has now caused me to lose interest in pizza. Every time we receive just a greasy mess that is border line undercooked and taste-less. The only thing, which I actually do like, is the cinnamon bread twists, but that’s about the only thing worth ordering. BUT I will say that the staff is always very friendly and accommodating when I do order from them. Never had an issue with them customer service wise!

Stay away from this location. The pizza is great the the service and order accuracy are awful. On two previous occasions the app said the pizza was ready yet the first time it took 30 more minutes to get the pizza. The second time this occurred we canceled the order and left after 40 minutes even though the app said the pizza was ready 45 minutes before we canceled the order. After months I tried this location again only to get home and find the sauces I ordered AND PAID FOR were not placed in the boxes or given to me at pickup. Order at your own risk and double check everything if you even get your order.
