The worst Dominos i ever entered. The chinese or vietnames guy took half hour to order a pizza. He forgets the toppings. And offered red crushed pepper as topping when it comes free packed in small packages. Then i asked for clean cut and the person making the pizza tells me to tell the chinese guy who forgets and is not the one making the pizza. i wish i made a video of the whole ordeal. They could not tell me what were the specials they had which i knew but they could not tell. I am the only customers here since last 50 minutes. They never told me how long it will take for the pizza to get ready. i stand waiting outside.

I have been here a few times and never had a problem. I ordered a pizza late at night for carry out. It says they close at 10 pm and the app let me place the order. I arrive 5 minutes before close and they’ve already turned off the lights, started cleaning, and locked the door. I waved a guy down and said I have a carry out order. He literally “shood” me away with his hand. I don’t expect mush from a fast food pizza place, but I don’t get why their is a posted closing time if you’ll just shut down earlier. At least have it so I can’t place an order and don’t waste my time driving there.

I placed an order Wednesday evening. It arrived missing a few items so I called the store to inform them. I spoke with a pleasant young man who promised to send a driver with the 3 missing items from my order. He said give me 20 minutes. I never received it and I will never order from there again.

Bad customer service. Second time ordered was messed up in a week. But this time they lied as well. Had garlic seasoned crust in the ordered and both times it wasn’t there. Went back to the store and the guy told me since it has pork in the seasoning that’s why he didn’t added. First of all I checked online and didn’t find that information and second of all why he would make decision on my behalf. Very bad…. and then called store after came back. They said I can talk to manager and I was waiting for 15 mins no one came on the call. That’s not how Domino’s was. These business owners are not taking it seriously. Who even gives them 5 star! Other stores are good but this one is full of idiots. They don’t want to fulfill orders. My order was again confirmed but never delivered! Ordered a veggie pizza to break our fast and found bacon chunks in it. Went back to the store and instead of apologizing or making the order right, the cashier argued over the eaten slice and how the bacon came from their cutter. Rude and unprofessional staff.

Ordered pizza and cinnamon twists. Pizza was perfect, however, I received garlic twists which isn’t what I ordered. Called and store was apologetic and had cinnamon twists immediately sent to my house. When the driver arrived it was simply baked bread with cinnamon and sugar only on the bottom of the container, there was no glaze actually on the twists. Plus, I received Marinara with the cinnamon twists instead of icing.
