We would rather drive across town than get delivery from this location. Who’s running this place?? I will let go what deterred us from this location and cut to my delivery last night. My pizza was half bubbles and my pasta bread bowl didn’t have garlic oil on it. These are little details that make my meal normally delicious. Partners food was great but just showed me why we don’t have this location deliver. Quality checked?! I think not.

I want to start off by saying Dominos was my go-to place anytime I wanted pizza. With that said, I honestly will not order from this store again. While I understand the time crunch delivery drivers go through, it does not justify leaving the pizza in an unsanitary, heavily foot-trafficed area. Without a single call, text, or notification from the drivers stating they have delivered the pizza or indicating they have run into an issue preventing them from making a ‘traditional’ delivery, especially when an appropriate tip is included before purchase. Choose another great reston pizza place for your pizza needs.

Super easy pickup experience. We didn’t have to talk to anybody and our food was hot and waiting for us by the door. Drinks cooler doesn’t seem to be cold enough to thoroughly cool the 2L drinks, but that’s not a huge problem.

There are literally 8 slices of philly steak on a 8 slice large hand tossed pizza. Their website has 3-4 slices of it per slice so 21-24 slices on advertisement vs 8 slices in reality. Even if it’s not exactly like on advertisement, there’s such a huge difference it’s almost unethical. Don’t expect a 4-5 star when you are cheaping out on toppings. We all watching.

I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I see nothing but cheese. The toppings are uneven and there is a giant chunk of chicken I did not order on it. Not happy. I also just found a giant chunk of onion I had to dig out with a glove. I am allergic to onions! I’ll be calling corporate now.

I ordered a pizza at 11 Thursday and the app said it was delivered at 11:42, but so never got the pizza. No one knocked, called me, or anything. I called and was left on hold until they closed and wasn’t able to get ahold of a manager to get refunded for two whole days.
