The employees are all nice & friendly. The pizza is always good but inconsistent. I always get the same pan made pizza but sometimes it’s half the thickness & very light with the cheese. The surface needs to at least be covered.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. That was my first warning. Upon entering the domino’s I noticed no gloves were being used, but the person making the pizza was also going back and forth to the register touching money and then giving orders out. When asked about gloves it was presented as something foreign that Domino’s had never heard of or used before. Especially during these times of COVID, it would be nice to have extra precautions taken with food preparation. If not to wear gloves, at least after taking one customer’s money to wash hands after each transaction between pizzas. Won’t be returning. The dough also could have been cooked slightly more. Not a good experience.

I ordered a medium thin crust with double pep. My pizza had barely any pepperonis. We also ordered cheesy bread but did not get the two marinara we paid for. However, the two employees I spoke with rectified the situation. The worst part was my husband ordered a Meatzza PAN pizza. The crust was flat and soggy, I expressed to the manager our concern but because it is technically Pan crust and in the black box, there was nothing she would do about it. I attached a pic of the meatzza. Staff is nice here but this isn’t our first time getting pizza that was not up to our standards and we love dominos on Smallwood!

Learned my lesson to never tip in advance. My wife ordered pizza at 7:15pm. Pizza doesn’t show up until 9:02pm and what a surprise, they sent us the complete wrong order. So now we sit here with hungry children with no pizza and no ETA. All the “manager” told us was that they don’t make fresh pizzas until the driver shows up. When we inquired what took so long just to give us the wrong order, we were advised that they have no drivers because 2 got in accidents. I run retail establishments and if this happened in one of my store, the whole staff would be fired. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Call Pizza Hut

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I had to choose one star to write this review. I placed an order online which didn’t share a delivery time. My home does not have a doorbell. They not only didn’t call but left both of my front porch! When I called to share, I not only held on for close to 10 minutes but was hung up on.

Ordering pickup is fine and is usually ready in 20-30 minutes. But delivery takes Usually more than an hour and sometimes and hour twenty. I live 5 minutes away from this store and there is no reason it should take this long.

Customer service is horrible. I called to see if my order would be delivered to my child’s school for there party by their lunch which was over 2 hours ahead of the deliver time requested. When I asked if I could pick them up I was advised that it would not be ready by 12:30. The manger customer service and attitude was horrible and her tone was ridiculous. I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION. I am filing a compliant with the BBB and corporate. I will never tolerate disrespect from someone who calls themselves running a business.

If I could give them no stars I would. We ordered online at 6:30 and it said it would be delivered to us by 8:11. The food was in quality check by 7:20 and stayed in quality check around 8:15+. By 8:20 we called and they put us on hold to “talk to the manager”. They came back to the phone having no clue what was discussed about the issue. They basically didn’t do anything about it. Ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened. First time we thought it was a fluke pizza was cold. This time we noticed a pattern and just got a refund.
