I ordered a chicken with two toppings pizza from this location to be delivered. I didn’t feel like going out to pick it up. The individual who delivered it was friendly. I gave him a tip. The pizza needed more of the toppings that I wanted. Otherwise the pizza was tasty and hot. It truly satisfied my hunger. It was a lazy day. I Did not feel like cooking. Yes, I would order pizza from them again.

One of the delivery drivers blocks the alleyway instead of parking in the back it’s not just dangerous but also illegal won’t be going again and now when the police got on her because she doesn’t care about others she again blocks the ally she’s not even in a spot spray painted is not a real spot, and leave the trash bag out in the ally all day until it starts to stink, let’s me know they don’t care about cleanliness.

I frequently order from Domino’s in La Plata. Every other time it has been good. I placed an online order to pick up at the store. When I entered the store, a female worker had her 2 small children in the back, touching condiments, and trying to eat ingredients off of the prep station. My pizza was already in the oven so I am not sure if they were touching my food or not. I asked the worker who checked me out if this was normal, they just rolled their eyes. Once I got home, my pizza dough was still rock hard, and cold in the middle. It wasn’t even edible.

Our order was placed at approximately 10:35 pm with the La Plata store. According to your tracker, it was being quality checked at 10:51. At 11:10 I called the store and was told it was being delivered and the driver was close by. At 11:18, your app showed our order being cooked again and at 11:30 it was being quality checked again. It never showed it was in delivery status the entire time. We canceled the order at 11:35 after being told it was still out for delivery contradictory to your apps status. Was I being lied to?

5 Star Review for sure! Food was excellent, Delivery and Service was done quickly, and Delivery Person was very Polite and we Received our Order a lot faster than we thought, about 20 minutes or so give or take earlier! We we able to save $12.00 using the Discount Promotion they’re currently having. The Food was Hot, Fresh, and cooked to perfection and exactly how we asked for the Pizza to be made! Also, very nice and easy to use website as well as nice features with being able to build our own pizza, as well as once placing an Order being able to watch online what exactly was being done such as Order Received, Order being cooked, Order being checked, and also when Order was sent out for Delivery. That was a really nice feature to have and to be able to use! Would Definitely recommend to Family and Friends! Thanks so much! 5 Stars all the way around!

I ordered at ten pm and it’s 1am and no food the driver went off google maps-view and dropped the food off on my neighbors trash can mean while I had my house lights on and there is a address sign by the street that says 9287 failure to read a address sign and go to dark house sure makes a lot of sense not to mention you had my phone number you never called and did not answer the phone when I called good thing I was paying cash oh well your loss I will be using your competition next door seem to be able to read address signs and not need street views of wrong houses and wrong address

What happened to the “making it right” marketing campaign? Customer service is very poor. So called manager who was very rude and would not give me her name hung up on me twice. Interrupted me when speaking, has no skills or customer etiquette. Called to complain they did not give my son the specialty pizza prices as advertised on TV, YOUR WEBSITE & YOUR FACEBOOK for Pizzas I asked him to get for me so he didn’t know he was charged the wrong price. My phone call was made after he stopped by there to ask them about it. I have never dealt with such a rude manager who is not willing to work with a customer before. All that we wanted was an adjustment/credit for the difference. Was charged $37.05 for 2 Pizzas that are advertised at $11.99 each. LaPlata Domino’s has just lost a customer because of this manager. Others will know of my experience. There are other Domino’s in the area to order from.

Arrived when it says my pizza is ready, then was informed; oh, we made it on thin crust, I’m sorry. I can remake it, it’ll only take me 10 mins. Really?! I doubt 10 mins since it takes the typical pizza 15! I’m so upset! She just stood there quiet, like maybe I’ll take the thin crust. No! If I wanted thin crust, I would’ve ordered it. This was an online order. There is a reason why people order online; so they don’t have to wait!
