Every team member I have encountered during my multiple visits/deliveries has been nothing but amazing! Very professional and kind. My most recent delivery took about an hour but the kind individual who brought me my order apologized numerous times for the lateness. Food was still warm and delicious! We traveled to St. Mary’s County the other day to visit my daughters college. We were at a local hotel and gave them the address. We ordered some pizzas. We then called back to place another order to be added. Come to find out we should have called a closer Dominos but no one told us that when we called. The driver showed up and told us. Then he didn’t have our second order. He said it would probably be cancelled due to the mix up. I called the store back to find out. During this my husband try’s to eat the pizza we got. It was not cooked all the way. While on hold to ask about the second delivery and to tell them about the pizza another delivery driver shows up with second order. They were not happy about the distance they had to travel. I said we were sorry we thought we called the one across the street from us. At this point the person I called hung up. I was so frustrated at this point I gave the pizza back to the driver and said please take this back and let them know it wasn’t cooked. I never heard from the store about the uncooked pizza. I tried to call back but got no answer.

Unfortunatelly a very disappointing experience, the pizza got delivered 1 hr 15 after it left the store. And it looks that the driver didnt took any training on how to deliver a product to its customer. Totally disapointing, wont be placing orders to this store anymore.

This is one of the many reasons dominos is awesome. I got the 5.99 carry out special (this week only) and I expected corners to have to be cut to make up for this deal. Nope! It was even better than I could have imagined. Granted, I ordered this for myself on Valentine’s Day but the extra touch is still something that made my day!

100% truth…got my 2 large carryout pepperonis home, opened up the first one and a large cockroach was sitting in the center of the pizza and ran for cover across my counter. I was able to smash it with my hand before it got very far. I drove straight back and returned both pizzas to the manager and he said they get an exterminator once a month so it couldn’t have come from his store. Never going back. Sad, because my 5 kids love Domino’s pizza.
