Very very unprofessional. I was told on the app my food was ready. I get inside and have to wait 10 minutes while everyone who just ordered got there food before mine. They young light skin woman was rude and said it wasn’t ready. I told her well the app said it was and she said oh yea. Then I see her make my food sit it on the shelf to get cold. My food was cold and not all the way done. That’s very unacceptable and I will not be returning there. Also the staff was on there phone and cursing .

Poor customer service. I was delivered a dry, cold, not cut thin pizza. Also the driver told me to come outside and get it, even though there were clear delivery instructions to deliver to the door. I called the store to resolve the issues at hand. When asked, Jordyn informed me she was the supervisor, then I was put on hold. Then a man named Todd got on the phone, and stated he was the supervisor and was extremely unprofessional as if the issues I encountered weren’t important, and I had no business calling them to complain. After a combative conversation with him, he than hung up with no resolution to the issues at hand. My rating for this location is a swift prompt -20. Professionalism goes a long way. The entire order was burnt from the pizza to the bread sticks. It’s ridiculous. And when I called to speak to a manager they hung up and let the phone ring and then laughed when I told them it was burnt.

First I must say that I did not look at the reviews of this place before I went here. the lady at the cash register really need some much better training her attitude was poor and her customer service sucks! So the wife and I decided to go here and get some pizza. Everything started off great pizza was hot, garlic pizza knots we’re fresh and hot. Then we get to the grand finale the desert and you already have seen the pictures of this thing was totally burnt like a black hockey puck on the bottom. I must admit they were doing a pretty good job until we got to this point. So I had to give it a 2 Star I was very let down and as you can see it’s burnt on the edges so it’s no way they could have not noticed that this thing was burnt! I may give them a second chance because my daughter really likes this stuff….. I’ll see you in a future.

The worst store ever. My co-workers and I ordered pizza and it took them 2 hours to deliver our pizza. The first time I called up there to check on my food, the girl answered the phone like she was home so I had to ask if this was Domino’s? I asked to speak with the manager and kept getting disconnected. I had to call back 3 times and then had to wait 20mins just to speak to him. When he did finally pick up the phone, I told him that we should get a refund because of the wait time and he told me to return the food and he’ll process the refund. First of all, after waiting so long, the food should have been free! He said that they only had one driver but that’s not my fault as the customer and if that was the case, then they should have cut off deliveries for that day. When we did receive our food, it wasn’t hot just room temperature. I see why this location has 2 stars and should have 0! Just unprofessional and I will never come back to this location again!
