The staff members were noticeably lacking in competence and motivation to assist customers with their orders. I ordered several pizzas this weekend and called the store to make a change to one SECONDS after purchasing. They did not answer for about 10 minutes. When I finally got through I was told it was already baking and they couldn’t change it nor would they remake it. I was only adding a topping to one half! They chose to cancel my entire order of several pizzas. Which is a greater financial loss. They loss a customer as well.

Worse service EVER. Driver, Name listed as Fnu, arrived late (15 minutes after we received text saying the food was already delivered) with smushed, half opened boxes. Food was not hot or fresh. Then sat in my driveway for another 10 min – if there was a delivery after mine, that was late and cold too.

This will be the last time I ever waist my money with this place. My husband placed a order online last night for delivery service when we got our wings they where very SALTY and nasty therefore I called to the store today to complain and manager stated that’s not there problem all they do is heat them up and put sauce on them and for me to take that up with corporate this is not a good business where they show good customer service and the manager was very disrespectful I will never buy from this location again and I will report this to upper management for sure.!!!!!!!!!!!!
