First, let me preface this by saying idk where they got a 3.4 bcuz…look at my pizza. Lol. I’m moving and we ordered from here probably 4 times in the past 2 weeks and it was hittin every time. They delivered it in what seemed like 30 mins, I mean, how yall fix my pizza that fast?? 5 Starz from me!!

Ordered a couple pizzas and they never arrived. Followed the tracker for the entire process from 7:45pm to 8:34pm and no one ever showed up for contactless delivery (which I have ordered a few times within the last 2 years with no issues). Followed up the first time after a full hour and I was told it would arrive in less than 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes just in case then followed up again at 9:05pm. Driver claimed it was delivered and claimed to ring the doorbell and got no response. Kind of hard to make these claims when we have a ring camera that was being actively looked at and proves that did not happen and no one stole anything from the porch. Appreciated one of the in store employees trying to assist on the phone but the lies just lost them a customer. I was offered a redelivery/new order but I refused to pay for delivery charges again. You want me to spend more while I’m already hungry, time has been wasted, and for a lie with the same driver? I don’t think so. Who knows where the pizza ended up. Way to ruin an evening especially when other food options are closed. At least I was able to get a refund, hopefully my 20% tip comes back with it. Customer service could have been a little better. They abruptly hung up the phone both times. They were on point for previous orders over the years, what happened? This was a letdown. Beware. Go to Ledo’s or find a good Pizza Hut.

Would give 4 star’s but my experience today brought it down. My man came over 25 minutes late, missed my house, gave me 7 slices instead of 8, and had the GOUL to come back and say “err I didn’t receive my payment ” When I gave him his $20.64 Plus a tip. He then reached in his pocket, found the money and said “oh ok”. NOT EVEN A MY BAD. This used to be my favorite chain but now it fell off the face of the earth. Do something about Gregor.

This has got to be a joke. I ordered an hour and a half ago. The tracker stayed on “prep” for an hour and it’s been on “quality check” for another half hour. Don’t order from this place. Honestly, just go pick up a frozen pizza. Just as good and you don’t have to wait for them to decide your order is worth fulfilling.
