22nd of April it’s a big fight night have a couple friends coming over the pizza seems like it’s been tossed around, basically folded over itself in the box both pizzas. if there’s an older white gentleman who delivers your pizza it might turn out the same way. Very rude at the door. Steer clear from this location for a while their service is getting worse and worse.

Ordered my food a little after 11pm, google says they’re open till 1am. According to the app, the driver left the store with my order and other orders at 12:10am. My order was canceled at 1:05am when the app said he was in my neighborhood. So glad I waited around for two hours for a canceled order instead of going anywhere else.

Dominos was always my first choice for Pizza until today they served me the worst pizza ever. I ordered a large pizza online with premium chicken and extra cheese but there was no chicken, no extra cheese but quadruple the tomato sauce that nobody could eat in my family. I don’t know why they did this but I had never expected from Dominos.

I placed an online order for a few pizzas, wings, and sodas. They forgot to give my friend who picked up the food the sodas, when I called he confirmed they forgot to give them to me he said “did you have any other questions” he barely apologized, my friend had to go back. Very rude and unprofessional. They pizzas were a little overcooked as well.

I ordered this evening at around 7. Didn’t get my food until 9. Food was cold and was unable to get any sort of refund or compensation because I couldn’t submit a delivery insurance claim which I assume has something to do with something they didn’t do. Additionally, they will not do contactless even if requested. I request it every time and the driver never leaves it.

Please avoid this place, I ordered buffalo chicken wings and they were barely cooked and barely had buffalo sauce on them, also with 2 extra ranch dressings but never got the ranch.

OMG!!!YUCK!! HAIR!!! So I order a deep dish pizza from Hillandale location the pizza looked delicious I gave my son a slice and I ate a slice it was so good while going for another slice I find a long brown hair baked into the cheese I was so upset so up set then they apologized and said they will send another pizza and I asked do they wear hair nets so she said no we wear hats so I was waiting on the fresh pizza me and my 3 year old we were so hungry then we get the other pizza and show the delivery guy the hair and gave him the other pizza and then MORE FREAKING HAIR!!!! A Second time ..at this point I called and said I don’t even want the pizza please refund my money that turned me off from dominos..at least the Hillandale location Beltsville location never had a problem..but they won’t let them deliver to my location anymore
