My pizza was raw in the middle… It only had 2 toppings, and no extra cheese. I think their oven is either not up to temperature or the belt is going too fast–either way it was undercooked and inedible. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when I called the store, and I left a comment about the order on the app when it asked if everything was correct. No response. No response. Overall, it was just poor in every way from the food to service. I hope they get better, but I’m not sure if I’m going to try this location again.

Edit: I’ve since heard they fired the majority of their managerial staff. The new manager of the store went out of his way to contact me and do all that he could to make amends.

Stay away. I order online, app says ready for pick, I double park “ weekends no parking “ , and my pizza is not ready. I show them that I got notifications, and the answer was that the app is not always working right.

Ordered delivery an hour an a half and still no pizza. Shows pizza is ready but still at the store. Called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes. Called pack and used option one to speak to a person. Was told it is a call center and the person who answered is unable to help me. Forwarded me back to being on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. Why can’t a person be reached if there is an issue? Very bad customer service.

Usually decent, but the quality has definitely slipped. The crust is bland now. Ordered a normal large today and it was basically thin crust, barley any sauce…. Wasn’t even as good as a frozen pizza…

The last half dozen times I have ordered a pizza from this location it has taken an hour if not longer. As I write this I’m waiting for a pizza that I ordered close to two hours ago. The only reason it’s not one star is because the pizza does taste good and dominos corporate has made their lack of service right via coupons

Three weeks in a row my pizza has been messed up from this location,I called and was giving a crazy responds. I paid for extra topping,Mushroom being one of them,not saying I should have 50 mushrooms but I got 3 on a large pizza,regular onions when I order extra. If the pizza is not burnt its not made right,need to get it together at this location because this is not the first time for me over the last year
