Brownies were burnt, when we tried calling we were placed on hold for a long time. We tried ordering again today but the cashiers were rude and did not want to hear about my complaint even though I was ordering despite previous disappointments. I’m giving them one star instead of zero because of the one older delivery driver who delivered our food nicely.

Only reason I gave it 1 star is to write a review. 8629 belair rd is the worst ordered pizza waited 30-35 to go get it to be told they don’t have a and that I have to wait 40 more minutes then the people on the phone was rude the ones in the store had a I don’t care attitude and I always order from them but this will be my last time

Pizza was delivered within 15 mins and looked like this!!! Completely un-edible!!! The chicken wings were cold and under cooked! Called in to state problems and issues were addressed by Dominoes remaking pizza and redelivering… I still say do not go to Dominoes last 3 times I’ve had horrible experiences!!!

First time buying from this Domino’s location, and they did a fantastic job! Ordered 10 pizzas for a party and they were ready just on time. They pizzas were cooked perfectly, not overdone. Everything was put together consistently with my expectations for a Domino’s Pizza carryout order. Tons of pepperonis on the extra pepperoni pies. Everyone at the party devoured the pizza, leaving not much for leftovers. My only piece of feedback would be to ensure a complete cut when cutting the pizza. We had maybe two where trying to pull apart slices was causing them to rip because they weren’t cut all the way through. We made it work though. Really appreciate the hustle and solid 5 quality.

Went to this location in route home and tried to explain to the slim caucasian young man with the glasses that the online code had not been redeemed and I was trying to setup my delivery prior to leaving work. When I clicked the link in my email, I logged into the website once it routed me there and before I could use coupon, it said it had already been used but how and when. He said, there was nothing that he could do and that I need to call Customer service. I went back to my emails to look for a number to call tomorrow and there’s no number. I So, I went back in the store and this time spoke with an older dark haired caucasian man and asked for a number as there wasn’t one in my email. He says, oh we don’t have a Customer service number. You have to go to the website and click on contact us and send an email. This is my 2nd terrible experience with Domino’s in one week but the difference with the other location, they went above and beyond and made things RIGHT! It’s just amazing how Consumers are generally told no even though without the Consumers, there’s no Domino’s.
