They close at 11 pm which saved us! We stayed 2 days to visit Chestertown area and we didn’t know most restaurants close at 8 pm! After browsing a lot we found domino’s pizza. We really enjoyed the veggie sandwiches and the stuffed cheesy bread.

I was having trouble ordering with my Dominos app so I came to the store for help Ashley was at the window and so very helpful and friendly She showed me what I needed to know and I got my pizza ordered. I feel having great employees like this is what makes a restaurant great. An establishment is only as good as the employees are. There needs to be more Ashley’s out there. Will never order from there again, I spend just about $80-100 there ( I have a big family ). I also tip, after forgetting my sauces ( that I have to also pay for cause they don’t even give you ONE for your chessy bread or cinna twists ). The girl got 2 of my pizzas wrong. Mind you I make the same order every couple of weeks. I call up there after spending $90 and a tip for her to try and fight over the phone saying I ordered something I know I didn’t I don’t order. That’s ok you lost a good paying customer for life. The restaurants I work at we try to keep our customers it’s called job security but I guess being a big corporation

I don’t usually make reviews unless something really needs to be known. I made an order and requested drive-thru pick-up to make it quicker. When I arrived at the drive-thru no one came to it at all after a few minutes so I drove around to go to the front door. When I got inside one employee was sitting in the corner on their phone across from the drive-thru which I find to be incredibly lazy considering all they had to do was come to a window and hand me a box. The food was as ordered and delicious. They just need to work on their customer service.

We have been in direct contact with the manager of Chestertown location for six months because our order is wrong every time. Tonight I watched my notifications and our pizza sat there for 25 minutes before it even left and showed up another 20 minutes later. When they showed up we were on the phone with the manager in charge this evening and he was screaming at me, telling me I’d have to wait more than an hour to deliver fresh food. The challenge is that we are always disappointed and our food is wrong or is cold when it arrives. We feel that six months is more than enough time for any business to get their act together. No more Domino’s, Milanos is always polite, timely and the food is fresh.
