I ordered pizza and cheesy bread and didn’t get any notification of it being delivered for an hour. i decided to call the store. the man on the phone told me rudely that they only had two drivers. i understand that it’s busy with barely any workers, but there was no reason for him to be rude.

Always 2+ hour delivery times but get notifications that your food is out of the oven within 30 minutes of ordering – so youre just leaving my food sitting out for an hour and a half? If youre going to have Long wait times on delivery dont make the food till its ready to be delivered. Or hire more drivers so theres not a 2 hour delivery delay

Drivers always awesome and food at this location always fantastic however management really should update website. Called at 1055pm on a sat to place a delivery order and was told they were closed. Person who answered was very nice.however online says delivery til midnight and opened til 1 am. (Totally not person who answered ‘s fault. Certainly would recommend this place however updating the online listing with accurate hours .

Tonight i decided to go here again my judgment and give them a shot at redemption and the lady behind the counter was flying solo besides having a couple of drivers there and she knocked it right out of the park she was getting hit with orders via phone and walk-ends and she did an amazing job i got a pan pizza with double cheese

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have sworn off giving another penny of my family’s money to this company. I wanted to like them after their corporate commercial about buying local restaurant gift cards to help support them, but after the last time we ordered I cannot support them at all. Our last order took FOREVER (almost 3 hours from the time I placed the order until I had it in my hands) – it was “on the road” for over an hour. I understand being short-staffed but this was beyond “acceptable.”

Ridiculous! I’m leaving a review after the fifth CANCELLED order I’ve received. Usually on Sunday nights. You place the order. Then ten minutes or so later you are called to be notified you won’t be receiving your order. The best part is the attitude you receive! No apology, just straight up rudeness! They’re upset at you for placing an order and having to call you to say you won’t be getting it. Sorry for your luck!
